Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies plastic surface raceways , hereinafter referred to as the traceway
5、s“, to be used for protection of wires in the interior wiring. 2. Performances The performances of the raceways shall comply with following requirements : 6.2, the raceways shall withstand the test. with 6.3, the mean value of variation coefficient shall be not more than 1 %. with 6.4, the mean valu

12、n, 2.7 m, 3 m y 3.6 m or 4 m. Width and depth of the channel shall be not more than 50 mm, and thickness shall be not less than 1 mm. 22、a temperature of 7042OC for 3 h, cooled naturally to room temperature, then the body and cover are fitted and the fitting condition shall be examined. 6.6 Impact Test The test specimen of about 300 mm long is kept at a temperature of -5OC for 1 h, fixed horizontally on the testing device specified i
23、n 13.5.1 (1) of JIS C 8306, with the body and cover fitted. steel ball of nominal diameter 20.64 mm mass about 35.8 g among those specified in 13.5.1 (3) of JIS C 8306 shall be dropped from the height of 1 m on the following places: The (1) Centre of cover, centre of body side and engaging part of b
24、ody and cover at the lengthwise central part. (2) Centre of cover, centre of body side and engaging part of body and cover at the portion 10 mm from the end lengthwise. 6.7 Flame Retardance Test The test specimen of 150 mm long is set vertically, a Bunsen burner with a flame length of about 15 mm is
25、 placed at the lower end of specimen, the specimen is heated for 1 min by the tip of oxidizing flame, and then whether the flame goes out naturally or not, shall be examined. 7 . Inspection The inspection are classified into type inspection and acceptance inspection. Under the condition of engaging
