Scope This Jap an8 se Industrial Stan dard specifies the sin gle - actin g a i r -cooled single-stage reciprocating air compressors having the maximum pressure( of 200 to 1000 kPa 2 to 10 kgf/cm2) and the single-acting air-cooled two-stage reciprocating ab? compressors having the m

5、aximum pressure of 700 to 1400 kPa 7 to 14 kgf/cm2) , combined with electric motors with a rated output of not more than 1 1 kW or internal combustion engines equivalent thereto, to be used mainly in painting, air-filling and other general works, hereinafter referred to as the “compressors“, The gas

The ( ) shows the case of non-feed o i l type. 4.3 Shaft Power The shaft power for the compressor at the maximum pressure shall not exceed the rated output of the electric driving motor, Provide that, the values of the full load current of a single-phase motor and squirrel-cage three-

28、phase induction motor of 3 k W or less capacity are acceptable, if they are not more than 110 % of the value of the marked full load currents. 4.4 Variation of Supply Voltage The compressor shall be able to run without trouble in practical service irrespective of the variation of k 10 % of the rated

29、 voltage in service voltage of the motor. 30、 Construction e 5.1 Constitution of Compressor The compressor shall have the construction as shown in Attached Figs. 1 to 7 and be constituted of the following main parts. Compressor main body Electric motor or internal combustion engine Air tank (including safety device) Drive unit Running control

31、apparatus Bed Remarks 1. , A portable compressor shall completely be provided with all of the parts above. However, a compressor of 0.75 k W or less may be not equipped with the air tank, 2, A stationary compressor may be not equipped with the air tank and bed, if so specified by the orderer. 3. The

32、 electric motor or internal combustion engine may be not equipped. 5.2 Construction in General The construction in general of the compressor shall comply with the following: (4) The parts subjected to air pressure shall have sufficient strength. Each part shall not easily cause mechanical or electri

33、cal failures, In service, the compressors shall be able to run normally without remarkable vibratioyis . The internal threads in the fitting parts for pipes and air hoses, and for the safety valve, cock, plug and the like shall conform to JIS B 0202 or JIS B 0203. Earthing shall be easily practicabl

34、e from the electric motor or any metal part connected thereto. The pressure gauge shall be of the grade 1.5 of JIS B 7505 or one equal or superior to this in precision in using it, The V-belt shall be as specified in JIS K 6323 or JIS K 6368, The rotary part of V-belt pulley, V-belt and the like sha

35、ll be equipped with the safety cover. 36、33608 002.2179 1 E Every part shall have interchangeability and the renewal of any part shall cause no remarkable change in performance. No particularly thin part shall be present in the cylinder wall or cylhder cover that is directly subjected to pressure. The compressor of feed-oil type main body

37、shall be provided with an oiling port at suitable part to allow to enter easily lubricating oil, In addition, it shall be provided with an oil level gauge for the detection of oil quantity, and an o i l drain, The crankcase shall have sufficient strength, and in the case of feed-oil type, it shall h

38、ave a bottom that serves as an oil pan and shall be able to shut off oil leak and intrusion of dust in the outside air. The lubricating oil pan shall have enough capacity for a continuous operation for at least 48 h without refeeding, The centre lines of right- and left-hand side bearings shall be i

39、n the same horizontal line and parallel to the cylinder-mounting plane, The crankshaft shall have sufficient strength, and the surfaces of its pins shall be finished by grinding or by any other method that is not less effective than the former to a surface roughness not lower than 3 . 2 Z of JIS B 0

40、601. Further, the centre lines of the crankpins shall be parallel to the centre line of the crankshaft journals. The bearings shall be of plain or rolling type, shall withstand the axle loads and shall stand long term use, The crankshaft shall not play excessively in the axial direction, The piston

41、shall as a general rule be provided with not less than three piston rings and the piston-ring grooves shall be in precise finish. The piston pin shall as a general rule have a surface hardness of HRC 52 to 65, and shall be provided with clips or protectors to prevent it from touching with the cylind

42、er wall inside. Its surface shall be finished by grinding or by any other method that is not less effective than the former to a surface roughness not lower than 0.8 Z, However, for a pin that utilizes cast iron holes for pin, its surface hardness shall be not lower than HRC 58. The cylinder shll be

43、 airtight and wearproof. Its outside shall be constructed for cooling purpose, and its inside surface shall be finished to a surface roughness of.about 3.2 Z or superior in JIS B 0601. Futhermore, in the case of the compressor of non-feed-oil type, the cylinder shall be subjected to the rust prevent

45、B 8342-3.986 The minimum wall thickness of the cylinder shall be 4 mm, when tested in accordance with the method specified in 8.2, no part of it shows leaks, deformation etc. The cylinder cover shall withstand the same test hydraulic pressure as the cylinder and its outside shall be constructed for

46、cooling purpose. When a gasket is inserted between the cyinder and cylinder cover, it shall be uniform i n thickness, heat resistant, oilproof and pressure resistant. A two-stage compressor shall be provided with an intercooler between the first- and second-stage cylinders to remove the heat produce

47、d in the first stage and to lower the temperature of compressed air. A two-stage compressor shall be provided with a safety valve before the suction port of the second-stage cylinder for ensuring the safety of the main body by preventing the abnormal pressure rise i n the first-stage cylinder, or be
