Quality The quality of sh
8、ovels and scoops shall meet the following requirements: (1) The scooping part shall be subjected to a suitable heat treatment, and the hardness in the area 25 to 50 mm within the blade end shall be HRC 37 to 49 for round type shovels, and HRC 30 to 45 for the other types when performed the test spec
9、ified in 8.1. the hardness of the other types with plate thicknesses smaller than 1.4 mm shall be HRA 65.5 to 73. However, (2) Shovels of the round type No. 1, round type No. 2, square type No. 1 and square type No. 2, and scoops No. 2 and No. 3 shall be subjected to the loading test of 8.2, and in
10、this test, breakage, loosening, or remarkable deformation shall not occur and the differ- ence between the positions of the gripping parts before and after the test shall not exceed 25 mm. 4. Construction Wooden shafts shall be fastened firmly to the scooping part by using rivets. by means of weldin
11、g, fit-in joint, rivetting, or the like. Shafts made of pipe shall be firmly fastened to the scooping part 5. Shape and Dimensions The shapes and dimensions shall be as shown in Attached Figs. 1 to 8 and the Attached Table. Shafts shall be classified into circular shafts and deformed shafts based on

Tests 40 60 8.1 Hardness Test Measure the hardness of the scooping part at any three locations within 25 to 50 mm from the blade end according to JIS Z 2245 and take the average value. 8.2 Loading Test As shown in Figure,
18、 clamp the scooping part so tha the longitudinal centre line ( A - A ) of clamp P is positioned 50 mm apart from the blade end and the transverse centre line ( B -BI is perpendicular to the centre line of the handle, and after loading the gripping part with a weight of mass M for 1 min, remove it, a
19、nd examine for abnormalities such as breakage, loosening, and deformation in the scooping part and handle. Further, measure the difference (mm) between the positions of the gripping part before and after applying the weight. In this test, the value of mass M of the weight shall be as shown in Table

Inspection shape, dimensions, appearance, hardness, and the loading test. 9.1 Inspection Items Inspection shall be performed for

25、06. However, the value of AOQL shall be 5 % and the judgement on acceptability of the group represented by the specimen shall be made for each location of dimensional measurement.
