Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specif iec the wire reinforced rubber hose assemblies, hereinafter ref erred to as the “hos

5、e assemblies“, used for hydraulic apparatus and hydraulic circuit using mineral working fluid or water-based working fluid( ). Provided that, the temperature range for using this hose assemblies shall be -40C to +lOOC. Note ( l ) The water-based working fluid herein means working fluid for hydraulic

6、 use such as soluble working fluid, working fluid of oil and water emulsion, working fluid of aqueous glycol and water, excepting for medicinal fluid and ester-based working fluid. Remark: The units and numerical values given in in this Standard are in accordance with the customary units, and are st

7、andardized values. 2. Classification and Symbols 2.1 Classification The hose assemblies shall be classified as given in Table 1 according to the maximum working pressure and the wire reinforced rubber hoses, hereinafter ref erred t o as the “hoses“, and metallic fittings, hereinafter referred to as

8、the “fittings“, to be used. Furthermore, the maximum working pressure means the maximum pressure at which the assembly is capable of being used continuously. Further, the bend radius shall be obtained from the circle arc (inner circle) described by the hose in the case of bending the hose

19、assembly. Note () The minimum bend radius shall be the minimum value of bending radius capable of being used in the impulse pressure and low temperature bending tests, without decreasing the performances of hose assembly. Appearance The appearance of hose assemblies shall be as follows: (1) The hose shall be free from such defects as fissures, injurious flaws in use, and bubbles. (2) The fitting shall be free from crackg injurious flaws in use, cavity, and abnormal defor

22、mation. (3) The assemblies part of hose and fitting shall be free from such defects . as the exposure of the reinforcing layer of hose, and the like. 8. Test Methods 8.1 Pressure Resistance Test Apply the test pressure specified in Table 3 with water or oil at an ordinary temperature to the hose ass

23、embly, hereinafter referred to as the %ample“, supplied to test. the presence of any leakage and other abnormalities. After 1 min has passed, examine 8.2 Burst Pressure Test The burst pressure test shall be carried out as foiiows: (1) Use the sample not less than 300 mm in free length of hose, which

24、 has passed the test given in 8.1. (2) Apply to the sample the minimum burst test pressure specified in Table 3 with water or oil at an ordinary temperature and examine the pre- sence of such abnormalities as falling off of fitting and bursting of hose. However, the time from the start of pressurizi

25、ng to the time when the minimum burst pressure is reached shall be 1 min or over. to be free during test. Further, attach the sample horizontally and allow one end of it 8.3 Test for Changing Rate of Length The measurement of changing rate of length shall be carried out as follows: (1) After filling

26、 the inside with water or oil by allowing the sample to be under straight state, horizontally attach it by allowing one end to be free. Describe the marked lines in the axial direction at the center part of sample so that the distance between the marked lines becomes generally not less than 500 mm.

(2) Let the length of sample be the free length of those calculated from the

31、 formula (2) in the case of attaching it by bending at 180“ (Fig. 3 U-shape), or the formula (3) in the case of attaching it by bending at 90“ (Fig. 4 L-shape). The impulse pressure test shall be carried out by the test apparatus which is capable of measuring the impulse pressure at the inlet of manif old using an electronic measuri

34、ng apparatus, generating the impulse of the waveform and frequency given in Fig. 5. 35、ut license from IHS -,-,- 11 B 8360-1988 The speed of pressure raising of the starting of the impulse pressure cycle shall be taken as 350 to 700 MPa/s (3570 to 7140 kgf/cm2*l/s, which is obtained by connecting the point of 15 % of the maximum impulse pressure and the point of 85 % of the maximum im

36、pulse pressure by a straight line. (5) The test oil shall be class 2 IS0 VG 46 of JIS K 2213 or mineral oil in accordance with this, as appropriate. (6) In the testing, maintain the temperature of circulating oil at a temper- ature of 93 t 5“C, apply 400000 cycles of the maximum impulse pressure of

37、133 % of the maximum working pressure, and examine the presence of leakage, burst and other abnormalities. Fig. 5. 38、(1) Let the length of sample have the free length of hose of not less t ian the value calculated from the formula (2) in the case of designation of hose of not more than 19, or from the formula (3) in the case of designation of hose of not less than 25. After the sample has been left alone for 248 h

39、 in the low temperature tank at a temperature of -40“ f 1“C, bend it within 10 f. 2 sec around a circle having the diameter of 2 times the minimum bend radius of Table 7 in accordance with the method given in Fig. 6 for the hose of designation 19 or less, and in accordance with the method given in F

40、ig. 7 for the hose of designation 25 or more. Furthermore, in the case where the test is carried out by taking out the sample from the low temperature tank, the time from taking out to the completion of test shall be 12 sec or under. . Inspection 9.1 Type Inspection The type inspection shall be carried out on the following inspection items, and the results shall conform to 3., 4., 5., 6. and 7. 47、 assembly, its inside shall be cleaned, and be processed with dust proof measures so as to prevent intrusion of dirts, dusts and the like. 1 1. Designation The hose assembly shall be designated by the number of Standard (or title of Standard) and marking symbol. Example: JIS B 8360 W70 6 400 GF or w

Markine: 12.1 Marking on Products The hose assemblies shall be marked with the following information: (1) Nominal symbol (if it is difficult to be marked on fittings, it may be marked by using type writing or metallic plate.) (2) Year and month of manufacture or its abbreviation (3) Manufacturers name or its abbreviation 12.2 Marking on Package T
