This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the general reference of mounting Note ( I ) The mounting dimensions of be

5、arings mean the dimensions relating to mounting of bearings in shaft and bearing seat of housing and adjoining parts. 2. Definitions For the purpose of this Standard, following definitions apply, and others are in accordance with JIS B 0104 and JIS B 0401. rotating inner ring load relation to the in

6、ner ring of the bearing. A load the line of action of which is rotating in stationary inner ring load rotate in relation to the inner ring of the bearing. A load the line of action of which does not stationary outer ring load rotate in relation to the outer ring of the bearing. A load the line of ac

13、er ring stopper or diameter of shoulder of housing grinding under cut of outer ring back face side in respect to cage of tapered roller bearing grinding under cut of outer ring front face side in respect to cage of tapered roller bearing 4. Mounting Dimensions 4.1 Radius of Rounding of Corners of Sh

14、aft and Housing The maximum permissible radius ( r a s max ) of rounding of the corners of mounting shaft and housing of radial bearing or thrust bearing shall be in accordance with Attached Table 1 corresponding to the minimum permissible chamfer dimension ( r m i n ) of the bearing. 16、ders of Shaft and Housing 0 4.2.1 Radial Bearing The minimum value of the diameter (da ) of the shoulder of a shaft to which the radial bearing is mounted shall be the added value of two times the height of shoulder ( h) to the nominal bearing bore diameter (d) of that bearing. The height of shoulde

17、r shall be in accordance with Attached Table 1 corresponding to the minimum permissible chamfer dimension ( .ys min ) of the inner ring of that bearing. In addition, the diameter (Da) of the shoulder of the housing of which maximum value shall be the subtracted value by two times the height of shoul

18、der from the nominal bearing outside diameter (D) of that bearing. shoulder shall be in accordance with Attached Table 1 corresponding to the minimum permissible chamfer dimension ( .ymin ) of the outer ring of that bearing. Remark: The diameters of the shoulders of the shaft and housing shall be th

19、e diameters which have excluded of the chamfer parts of respective shoulders. 1 The height of the 4.2.2 Thrust Bearing The diameter (da.) of the shoulder of a shaft to which the thrust bearing is mounted and the diameter ( D a . ) of the shoulder of a housing shall be in accordance with Attached Tab

20、les 2 and 3. 4.3 Mounting Dimensions for Subunits and Other of Bearing 4.3.1 Cylindrical Roller Bearing In the case where the mounting and dismounting of the subunits ( 2 ) of the separated type cylindrical roller bearing are carried out, the diameter ( di ) of shaft, the outside diameters ( 8 , di)

21、 of inner ring stopper or the like, and the diameter (o,) of the shoulder of housing shall be in accordance with Attached Table 4. Note () The subunits mentioned in this Standard shall be the outer ring with rollers (and cage) which is separable freely from the roller bearing and single body of inne

22、r ring, and the inner ring with rollers (and cage) and single body of outer ring. 4.3.2 Solid Type Needle Roller Bearing In the case of carrying out the mounting and dismounting of the subunit ( 2 ) of separating type solid type needle roller bearing, the outside diameter ( 8 ) of inner ring stopper

23、 shall be in accordance with Attached Table 5. 4.3.3 Tapered Roller Bearing The outside diameter ( d b ) of inner ring arrester, diameter of shoulder of housing ( W ) and inside diameter ( o,) of outer ring stopper for preventing contact of the cage which is protruding from the side face of the oute

24、r ring from the adjoining portions (or parts) shall be in accordance with Attached Table 6.
