Scoue This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the tires for agricultural machinery, hereinafter referre
3、d to as “tires”. Remark: The units and numerical values shown in the traditional units and are currently the criteria in force. in this Standard are based on 2. Definitions For the main terms used in this Standard the definitions in JIS D 4201, JIS D 4202, JIS D 4230 and JIS D 6200 apply, and the re

Types and Dimensions The types and dimensions of the tire shall be in accordance with JIS B 9202 or the standard prescribed by public organizations. 4, Materials and Manufacturing
7、Method 4.1 The tire shall be manufactured by vulcanization after having been formed to meet the service purposes with the materials of the compounded rubber, cord fabric, plain-weave fabric (1) and bead wire. Its composition shall, as shown in Figure, the roughly divided into the tread part, side wa
8、ll part, breaker (2) or belt part, carcass part and bead part, and they shall be bounded together completely and firmly. Notes (1) The cord fabric and plain-weave fabric shall include inorganic matters of steel and glass and others. (2) In some cases, breakers may be omitted. Applicable Standards, a

10、 test Peeling test Carcass 4.2 The cord fabric shall be processed with sufficient compounded rubber so that fabric plies adhere to each other firmly and at the same time the distinct rubber layers are formed between the fabric layers. 4.3 The bead part shall have a core of bead wires and the like an

Qualities 5.1 Appearance The tire shall be uniform both in shape and wall thickness, and shall be free from defects injuriou
12、s to use such as flows, bubbles, cracking of rubber, ill flow of rubber, and mingling of foreign substances. 5.2 Performances The tire, when tested in accordance with the test mechod of 6.1 to 6.4, shall conform to the requirements of Table. Testing Methods 6.1 Tension Test of Tread Rubber Carry out the tension test of tread rubber in accordance with 3. of JIS K 6301, as appropriate, using No. 3 dumbbell-shaped test pieces, or No. 4 dumbell-shaped ones. 14、e the test pieces of 0.5 mm or over up to and including 3.0 mm in thickness, from the tread part of the sample. 15、 tread rubber in accordance with the method of 6.3 of JIS K 6301, as appropriate, taking 4 test pieces in the same way as 6.1. However, after the test pieces have been acceleration-aged for 96 h continuously at an aging temperature of 70 f 1 C or for 24 h at 90 f lo C, measure the tensile strength,

17、cm2) median value of tensile strength after aging MPa kgf/cm2) 6.3 Tension Test of Carcass In the tension test of carcass, take as test pieces 10 pieces of cord randomly from the central layer of carcass beneath the centre of tread, measure the tensile loads of each cord with a single-thread tension
18、 tester, fabric tension tester or rubber tension tester, and calculate the tension load from the following formula (2), assuming the numerical value obtained by multiplying the mean value by the number of counts per 25 mm in the width of carcass layer beneath the centre of tread to be S, and the cor
19、d angle of central layer of carcass beneath the centre of tread to be a. However, the tension speed shall be in accordance with the requirements of 7.5 of JIS L 1017 or 6.4 of JIS G 3510. 21、he first layer from the sample so that it includes 2 layers of the central layers of the carcass and obtain the peeling load in accordance with the method of % of JIS K 6301. In this case, where it is difficult to carry out the peeling test between the carcasses, obtain the peeling load between the
