44、UCTION OR DISTRIBUTION WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM UL INTRODUCTION 1 Scope 1.1 These requirements cover cabinets intended to be used to provide an indoor storage area for limited quantities of fl ammable and combustible liquids in containers in compliance with the Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code,
45、 NFPA 30; the Uniform Fire Code (UFC), NFPA 1; and the International Fire Code (IFC) published by the International Fire Code Institute. 1.1 revised May 31, 2006 1.2 A storage cabinet may have a maximum total storage capacity of not more than 120 gallons (454 L) of fl ammable and combustible liquids
46、 with the maximum capacity rating assigned by the manufacturer. Construction and performance requirements for the cabinet are primarily based on the Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code, NFPA 30; the Uniform Fire Code (UFC), NFPA 1; and the International Fire Code (IFC) published by the Internatio
47、nal Fire Code Institute. 1.2 revised May 31, 2006 1.3 A product that contains features, characteristics, components, materials, or systems new or different from those covered by the requirements in this Standard, and that involve a risk of fi re, electric shock, or injury to persons, shall be evalua
48、ted using the appropriate additional component and end-product requirements as determined necessary to maintain the acceptable level of safety as originally anticipated by the intent of this Standard. A product whose features, characteristics, components, materials, or systems confl ict with specifi
