4、5 is one part of the IEC 60079 series of standards adopted by UL. ANSI/UL 60079-15 contains specifi c requirements for electrical apparatus used in explosive gas atmospheres that employ the type of protectionn protection technique. This standard is intended to be used in conjunction with IEC 60079-0
5、. ANSI/UL 60079-15 is ULs fi rst edition of the standard, which adopts and reproduces IEC 60079-15, accompanied by the U.S. National Differences for IEC 60079-15. As indicated on the title page (page 1), this UL Standard for Safety is an American National Standard. Attention is directed to the note
6、on the title page of this Standard outlining the procedures to be followed to retain the approved text of this ANSI/UL Standard. The master for this Standard at ULs Northbrook Office is the official document insofar as it relates to a UL service and the compliance of a product with respect to the re
