1、跨文化传播的视角：体育人才对外交流简论 跨文化传播的视角：体育人才对外交流简论 【中文摘要】 中国与西方各国体育文化的交流融合和共同发展可谓渊源深远。在整个发展史中,尽管有过曲折、冲突,但其交流、融合与发展的主流,却从未间断。如众所知,体坛对跨文化的交流和传播应该说是有着特殊贡献的,建树也颇为丰硕。而较之历史上的其它时期,目前最为瞩目的现象是越来越多的中国运动员走出国门,为加速文化交流、提高竞技水平、提升国家形象做出了很大的贡献,这些都是不争的事实。虽然纵观近年来中国运动员的海外发展状况,因为跨文化交流失败致使未圆满完成出国目的的例子也屡见不鲜。本文的研究立足于跨文化传播理沦视角,围绕着体育领
2、域中与异质文化交流的人才的种种交流现象所展开的。文中首先沦析了交流与共存是东西方体育发展的必然趋势,接着在论证体育进行跨文化交流的必然性的基础上,再从文化表现形态(世界观、价值观、行为规范)解析引起跨文化交流障碍的深层原因。指出跨文化交流冲突的产生很大程度上在于文化深层结构如世界观的相互抵制,而价值观、行为规范的调整则不失为解决冲突的途径。本文进而还以三个交流失败的案例来论述辨析了地域、人文和时间周期等直接原因导致的跨文化交流障碍。本文的最后组成部分重在发掘冲突基础以探索解决途径。结合具体案例,笔者对无法避免、可预知的交流因素进行了分析,并尝试针对预期的这些跨文化冲突提出有效对策。从天、地、人
3、三方面着眼,努力地去提供成功进行跨文化交流的建设性的意见。同时,在分析中国体育人才所面临的交流障碍的过程中也尝试探索了跨文化交流的本土化的、或可行之有效的措施。【英文摘要】 The exchange, merge and development of sports activities and culture between western countries and China have been ceaseless despite misunderstandings and conflicts. There has been a huge development in the exchan
4、ge of physical culture between China and the western countries, but there are still many problems and many areas that the China sports regime has to improve on, especially considering that China is a developing country. One of the main factors is how China can develop a systematic sports exchange an
5、d interaction mechanism with western countries based on multi-cultural characteristics.Issues that need to be addressed include economic globalization, historical differences, cultural harmony, inter-penetration and disagreements between different countries. As such, on the basis of the good foundat
6、ion of sports exchange between China and the western countries, the ceaseless search for harmonies, rational and trendy sports exchanges, and cooperation mechanisms is still necessary in order to produce a healthy development of Chinas physical culture, and this development should be for the common
7、benefit of world sports.This essay will analyze the problems faced by Chinese sports, as they deal with cultural differences. The essay will refer to classic case studies based on the basic theory of cultural spread, and will attempt to suggest solutions from a moral perspective concerning effective
