4、ssessment;Improving methods;Protection measures;1、前言风能做为当前最具开发潜能、最清洁的可再生资源,已经被人们广泛接受和利用。我国风力资源丰富,风力涡轮发电机的分布较广,在我国电力事业和经济快速发展中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,由于风力涡轮发电机是工作在露天的自然环境中,不可避免地受到自然灾害的影响,尤其是雷电的影响。随着涡轮发电机技术的成熟,发电机组装机容量不断增加,为了获得更多的风能,涡轮发电机的轮毂和叶片半径随着塔架的增高而增高,同时也增大了风力涡轮发电机叶片、机舱等重要部件遭受雷击的概率,严重地影响了风力涡轮发电机的正常工作,大大增

5、加了维护费用,并对工作人员的人身安全造成安全隐患。为了最大限度的减少涡轮发电机遭受直接雷击时损坏的概率,同时确保工作人员的人身安全,必须对风力涡轮发电机采取相应的直击雷防护措施。风力涡轮发电机的直击雷电防护是一项系统性、复杂性的工程,必须在认真调查地理、地质、土壤、气象、环境等条件和雷电活动规律以及了解风力涡轮发电机的组成、系统特点、重要性和损坏后产生的后果等基础上,经过雷击风险评估后,合理地做出雷电防护要采取的措施,做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理。2、风力涡轮发电机直击雷风险评估和决绝方案本评估方法借鉴国内外关于直击雷风险评估的先进经验,并结合我国的实际情况,为风力涡轮发电机的雷击风险评估

6、提出一种方法和程序,为防雷工程的实施提供一个科学的依据,最大限度地发挥防雷保护措施的效能,并提出一种直击雷的解决方案。本评估将以一个轮毂高度为80米,叶片长度为40米的风力涡轮发电机为例。假设坐落在一个土壤电阻率为500m的平原地区,与风力涡轮发电机组分开的操作间距离为500米。操作间尺寸:长5米,高3米,宽4米。该地区的雷暴日为56a/d。如图1:2.1涡轮发电机直击雷风险评估任何防雷保护系统在设计之前,都应该考虑雷电对风力涡轮发电机破坏的风险问题。对雷击风力涡轮发电机造成损害的风险评估将有助于防雷保护设计者是否建立防雷保护系统和选择合适的保护措施。选择足够的保护等级是为了将直击雷造成损坏的

7、风险降低到可接受的范围之内。任何建筑物的雷击风险是一个与风力涡轮发电机的高度、所处的地理环境和当地的雷电活动频率有关的一个函数。对于风力涡轮发电机的年预计雷击次数,我们可以按照图2的流程图对防雷保护系统进行评估1。风力涡轮发电机的年预计雷击次数应按下列公式确定2:NdNgAdCd10-6 ()式中Nd:风力涡轮发电机的年预计雷击次数(次/a);Ng:风力涡轮发电机所在地区雷击大地年平均密度(次/km2a);Ad:与风力涡轮发电机截收相同雷击次数的等效面积(km2);Cd:环境因子,对于风力涡轮发电机,位于平地时取1.0,位于山丘时取2.0;Nd计算中的各个参数,其中Ng为客观存在的一个重要因子

8、,因此对风力涡轮的年雷击次数进行评估时,收集当地的雷击大地密度数据是必要的,这些数据可以由当地气象部门的雷电监测系统提供的。由于风力涡轮发电机的地理位置至关重要,在选址时,除对该地区的风能进行评估外,也要对该地区的雷电密度进行实时监测,必要时,应在选址范围内安装雷击大地密度监测系统,以获得更为准确的数据,为雷电风险评估提供科学的依据。下图3为雷电监测系统监测到的全国地闪监测密度分布图3。 当雷击大地密度无法确定时,可用下列公式进行估算: Ng0.04Td1.25()式中Ng:每平方公里的雷击大地密度(次/km2a);Td:年雷暴日,通常由当地气象台站提供的实时资料为准。等效截收面Ae积定义为与

9、风力涡轮发电机具有相同的年直接雷击次数的大地表面积。对于孤立风力涡轮发电机,等效截收面积是以一条斜率为1:3的直线,与叶片的顶部相接触,并绕塔筒旋转,直线与地面相交得出的边界线所包围的大地面积。如图4是关于平地上孤立建筑物的等效截收面积计算方法:AeLW+6H(L+W)+9H2建议所有的风力涡轮发电机都简化成一个桅杆,其高度等于塔筒的高度加上叶片的半径。图5是关于平地上风力涡轮发电机等效截收面积的计算方法。很清楚,它是以风力涡轮发电机高度三倍为半径的一个圆4。下列方程用于计算平地上风力涡轮发电机的年雷击次数Nd,将公式(2)带入公式(1)得:Nd0.04Td1.259H2Cd10-6 ()0.

10、04561.2593.141202110-62.5次/a式中H:风力涡轮发电机的有效高度;注:IEC6102411给出了风力涡轮发电机在复杂地势下或接近其他建筑情况下等效面积的估算方法。一旦我们对风力涡轮发电机的年雷击次数作出评估以后,我们将选择一个合适的防雷保护系统。失败的防雷保护系统会造成严重的事件,如果防雷保护系统的失败对人的生命安全构成威胁,那么可接受的雷击事故的数量应该由国家或地方法规和相关的监管机构来确定。如果雷击造成的损失仅仅是经济问题的话,那么,可接受的雷击事故的数量则由风力涡轮发电机的所有者来确定。可接受的雷击事故的数量c与建筑物的用途、位置、结构和其内部人员数量、特定的时间

11、有关系。IEC61024-1-1声明可接受的雷击事故的数量(c)必须大于或等于建筑物的年预计雷击次数(d)与1减去防雷保护系统保护效率E的乘积。对于风力涡轮发电机即cd(1E)()式中:防雷保护系统的效能;d:建筑物年平均预计雷击次数;c:年预计可接受的事故数量;防雷保护系统的保护效率是由两个独立的效率相乘得到的,一个是保护系统的拦截效率(拦截雷电的能力),一个是传导效率(将雷电流泄放的能力)。这个概念由提出。因此,防雷保护系统的最低保护效率可由下面的公式确定:1c/d (5)对于可接受的雷击损坏风险(c)是一个不确定的值,每个国家或风力涡轮发电机的所有者可以根据不同的要求自行拟定。IEC62

12、305-2则规定可承受的风险表现在雷电引起人的死亡或社会、文化价值的损失。并列举了代表性值5:如人员死亡:10-5,为大众服务的公共设计的损失:10-3,文化遗产的损失:10-3。而希腊标准化组织给出的NC值是510-5(对风力涡轮发电机)6。美国给出的值是10-5,对于没有人员伤亡的情况下,NC值是10-34。我国GB5005794(2000版) 则规定可接受的最大雷击次数Nc按下式确定7:Nc10-5/(PrWr)对于风力涡轮发电机PrWr取810-4,经计算,Nc1.210-2。该值也可以由风力涡轮发电机的所有者提供。通过上述的计算,我们已经能够得出可接受的雷击次数NC与年预计雷击次数N

13、d,然后对其比较,当NdNC时,防雷保护系统不必要。当NdNC时,应该按照下列表格确定防护等级,并根据相应的防护等级采取相应的防护措施。IEC610241将防雷保护系统划分为四个等级,从等级到等级,下面的表格是防雷保护效率E与防护等级划分的关系,当已知NC和Nd时我们就可以利用公式(5)求出相应的保护效率。保护等级拦截效率(E1)传导效率(E2)效率(E)0.990.990.980.970.980.950.910.970.900.840.970.80从上面表格可以看出,当E0.98时,保护等级为,带附加的防护措施。 0.95E0.98时,保护等级; 0.90E0.96时,保护等级; 0.80E

14、0.90时,保护等级; 0E0.80时, 保护等级;将上述计算出的c、d值带入公式(5)得:1c/d 11.210-2/2.5 0.995因此,该风力涡轮发电机防雷保护系统应用的保护等级为级。附加的保护措施是指包括减小接触电压和跨步电压的措施、避免火灾蔓延的措施、减小雷电在敏感装置中的感应电压的措施等。一般地,防雷保护系统的效率越高,则需要的避雷针直径和接地系统越大(为了提高传导效率),而且需要附加的保护或者减小雷击点的范围(为了提高直接拦截效率)。各防雷保护系统传导效率对应的雷电流峰值、比能量、平均陡度和各保护等级的总电荷量见图保护等级雷电流峰值kA比能量kJ-1雷电流陡度kA/s总电荷量C

15、2001000020030015056001502251002500100150例如,对级防雷保护系统来说,必须能够承受最大200KA的雷电流而不被损坏。2.2 风力涡轮发电机直击雷防护方案通过直击雷风险评估得出保护等级以后,就可以根据防护等级采取相应的防护措施。直击雷对风力涡轮发电机构成的威胁表现为4:1 跨步电压和接触电压、碎片、爆炸、火灾造成的人身伤害;2 机械部件之间的火花放电造成火灾或爆炸;3 过电压对对风力涡轮发电机内部电气设备造成的损坏;4 对叶片的损坏;因此,风力涡轮发电机的直击雷保护措施应从以上四点出发给予考虑,对风力涡轮发电机采取接闪器、引下线、接地装置、等电位装置措施。传

16、统的直击雷保护虽然也采取了此类措施,但是效果不好,容易发生反击现象,对设备的安全构成隐患。为了防止因直击雷对叶片造成损坏,为了防止因直击雷而引起的跨步电压和接触电压,为了避免各部件之间因火花放电造成火灾和爆炸,为了避免地电位发生反击,提出下列改进方法,对接闪、引下、接地装置进行隔离安装。直击雷的防护主要是对暴露于LPZ0区(该区内的物体可能遭到直接雷击,因此可能传到全部雷电流。该区域内的电磁场没有衰减)的部位采取措施。位于LPZ0区的部位有:叶片、测风装置的传感器、金属机舱、无金属机舱内的所有设备。2.2.1接闪器作为风力发电机组中位置最高的部件,叶片是雷电袭击的首要目标,同时叶片又是风力发电

17、机组中最昂贵的部件,因此叶片的防雷击保护至关重要。2.2.1.1叶片的保护可以在叶尖加装一个特殊设计的不锈钢螺杆,即叶片最可能被袭击的部位,接闪器可以经受多次雷电的袭击,损坏后也可以方便地更换。接闪器的另一端与叶片内做为引下线的钢丝或铜导线连接。2.2.1.2机舱的保护在机舱上部周围敷设避雷带,为了防止对机舱内的设备造成影响,避雷带应用绝缘子与机舱隔离。2.2.1.3测风设备的传感器保护测风设备的传感器可以用避雷针保护。为了防止雷击时产生绕击和侧击,加装屏蔽型的避雷环给予保护6。如图因此位于LPZ0区的部件,可以采用避雷针、避雷带相结合的方式进行保护,并将避雷针与避雷带连为一体。2.2.2引下

18、线雷电流的引下是一个复杂的过程,为了减少和避免雷电流经过的地方对机舱内设备造成干扰和损坏,引下线越短越好,经过的途径要少越好。传统的引下线方式是叶尖叶片轮毂发电机的碳刷,因此发生雷击时,碳刷等部件极易损坏。为了改进传统的引流方法,利用放电间隙的原理,我们可以在机舱的下端安装一个横向齿轮,在叶片的根部安装一个纵向齿轮,两个齿轮与塔架绝缘,这样无论轮毂怎样旋转,两个齿轮之间都会有一个间隙,这类似于最初用在变电站的空气间隙型避雷器,一端连着接闪器,一端连着接地体。这样,在发电叶片接闪雷电流时,雷电流就沿图6的路径入地,从而有效地避免了雷电流通过其它途径接闪器在接闪电流以后可以沿着下列途径泄放入地,该

19、方法是利用放电间隙的原理,如图6。引下线在经过齿轮2时,也应该与塔筒用绝缘子与塔架进行隔离。为了将雷电流尽快泄放入地,同时减小雷电流在经过引下线是产生的电场对塔架内电子信息设备造成损坏,采用三根引下线同时引下,每个叶片对应一根引下线。引下线的截面积与接闪器一样。引下线在其整个长度范围内,应至少具有如下截面积8,当用圆做钢避雷针、避雷带时,其截面积不小于78mm2;用铜或铝合金时,截面积不小于50mm2。2.2.3接地系统从防雷观点出发,风力发电机组宜设一共用接地体,即避雷针与塔架共用接地系统。接地体的布置一般可采用基础接地体或人工环形接地体。其包围的面积的平均半径应不小于6m8。为了防止地电位

20、反击,引下线与接地装置连接时,应连接到接地装置的边缘部分,形成共地不共线,接地系统的工频接地电阻应小于4,在土壤电阻率很大的地方可放宽到10以下8根据IEC TR 61400-24要求,对于级防护等级来说,除了上述的直击雷措施外,还应采取附加的保护措施减小跨步电压、接触电压的措施和减小感应电压对设备损坏的措施,即要做好等电位措施。塔架、所有金属设备,如开关柜、电动机、发电机,应连接到局部等电位连接带。同时应将金属设备的等电位接地与电源系统、控制系统、信号系统避雷器的接地端子分开,整个接地系统始终采用共地不共线的原则,避免各接地端子上因高电位产生反击、火花放电等现象。三、结论本文通过对风力涡轮发
