1、论文摘要的写法,一、摘要是以提供文献内容梗概为目的,不加评论和补充解释,简明确切地论述文献重要内容的短文。 二、摘要必须符合“拥有与论文同等量的主要信息”的原则。应重点包括4 个要素,即研究目的、方法、结果和结论。在这4 个要素中,后2 个是最重要的。在执行上述原则时,在有些情况下,英文摘要可包括研究工作的主要对象和范围,以及具有情报价值的其它重要的信息。,三、摘要的句型力求简单,通常应有10 个左右意义完整,语句顺畅的句子。 四、摘要不应有引言中出现的内容,也不要对论文内容作诠释和评论,不得简单重复题目中已有的信息;不用非公知公用的符号和术语,不用引文,除非该论文证实或否定了他人已发表的论文
2、,缩略语、略称、代号,除了相邻专业的读者也能清楚理解的以外,在首次出现时必须加以说明;请采用法定计量单位,正确使用语言文字和标点符号。,摘要的四要素,（1）目的：指出研究的范围、目的、重要性、任务和前提条件，不是主题的简单重复。 （2）方法：简述课题的工作流程，研究了哪些主要内容，在这个过程中都做了哪些工作，包括对象、原理、条件、程序、手段等。 （3）结果：陈述研究之后重要的新发现、新成果及价值，包括通过调研、实验、观察取得的数据和结果，并剖析其不理想的局限部分。 （4）结论：通过对这个课题的研究所得出的重要结论，包括从中取得证实的正确观点，进行分析研究，比较预测其在实际生活中运用的意义，理论
3、与实际相结合的价值。,摘要的概念和作用,摘要又称概要、内容提要。摘要是以提供文献内容梗概为目的，不加评论和补充解释，简明、确切地记述文献重要内容的短文。其基本要素包括研究目的、方法、结果和结论。具体地讲就是研究工作的主要对象和范围，采用的手段和方法，得出的结果和重要的结论，有时也包括具有情报价值的其它重要的信息。摘要应具有独立性和自明性，并且拥有与文献同等量的主要信息，即不阅读全文，就能获得必要的信息。对一篇完整的论文都要求写随文摘要，摘要的主要功能有：,1) 让读者尽快了解论文的主要内容，以补充题名的不足。现代科技文献信息浩如烟海，读者检索到论文题名后是否会阅读全文，主要就是通过阅读摘要来判
4、断；所以，摘要担负着吸引读者和将文章的主要内容介绍给读者的任务。,2) 为科技情报文献检索数据库的建设和维护提供方便。论文发表后，文摘杂志或各种数据库对摘要可以不作修改或稍作修改而直接利用，从而避免他人编写摘要可能产生的误解、欠缺甚至错误。随着电子计算机技术和Internet网的迅猛发展，网上查询、检索和下载专业数据已成为当前科技信息情报检索的重要手段，网上各类全文数据库、文摘数据库，越来越显示出现代社会信息交流的水平和发展趋势。同时论文摘要的索引是读者检索文献的重要工具。所以论文摘要的质量高低，直接影响着论文的被检索率和被引频次。,摘要的分类,报道性摘要 (informative abstr
5、act) 报道性摘要是指明一次文献的主题范围及内容梗概的简明摘要，相当于简介。报道性摘要一般用来反映科技论文的目的、方法及主要结果与结论，在有限的字数内向读者提供尽可能多的定性或定量的信息，充分反映该研究的创新之处。科技论文如果没有创新内容，如果没有经得起检验的与众不同的方法或结论，是不会引起读者的阅读兴趣的；所以建议学术性期刊(或论文集)多选用报道性摘要，用比其他类摘要字数稍多的篇幅，向读者介绍论文的主要内容。以“摘录要点”的形式报道出作者的主要研究成果和比较完整的定量及定性的信息。篇幅以300字左右为宜。,指示性摘要 (indicative abstract) 指示性摘要是指明一次文献的论
6、题及取得的成果的性质和水平的摘要，其目的是使读者对该研究的主要内容(即作者做了什么工作)有一个轮廓性的了解。创新内容较少的论文，其摘要可写成指示性摘要，一般适用于学术性期刊的简报、问题讨论等栏目以及技术性期刊等只概括地介绍论文的论题,使读者对论文的主要内容有大致的了解。篇幅以100字左右为宜。,报道-指示性摘要 (informative-indicative abstract) 报道-指示性摘要是以报道性摘要的形式表述论文中价值最高的那部分内容，其余部分则以指示性摘要形式表达。篇幅以100200字为宜。,以上3种摘要分类形式都可供作者选用。一般地说，向学术性期刊投稿，应选用报道性摘要形式；只有
7、创新内容较少的论文，其摘要可写成报道-指示性或指示性摘要。论文发表的最终目的是要被人利用。如果摘要写得不好，在当今信息激增的时代论文进入文摘杂志、检索数据库，被人阅读、引用的机会就会少得多，甚至丧失。一篇论文价值很高，创新内容很多，若写成指示性摘要，可能就会失去较多的读者。在这种情况下，如果作者摘要写得过简，编辑在退修时应提醒其修改。,传统的摘要多为一段式, 在内容上大致包括引言(Introduction)、材料与方法(Materials and Methods)、结果(Results)和讨论(Discussion)等主要方面, 即IMRAD（Introduction, Methods, Re
8、sults and Discussion）结构的写作模式。,关于英文摘要,（1）英文摘要的写作方法要依据公认的写作规范。 （2）尽量使用简单句，避免句型单调，表达要求准确完整。 （3）正确使用冠词。 （4）使用标准英语书写，避免使用口语，应使用易于理解的常用词，不用生僻词汇。 （5）作者所做工作用过去时，结论用现在时。 （6）多使用主动语态。,比较适合于临床医学类原始论文(Original Article),结构式摘要的构架及简要说明 (1)目的(Objective)：研究的问题、目的或设想等；( 2)设计(Design)：研究的基本设计, 样本的选择、分组、诊断标准和随访情况等； (3)单位
9、(Setting)：说明开展研究的单位（是研究机构、大专院校, 还是医疗机构）； (4)对象(Patients, Participants)：研究对象（患者等）的数目、选择过程和条件等；,(5)处置(Interventions)：处置方法的基本特征, 使用何种方法以及持续的时间等；( 6)主要结果测定(Main Outcome Measures)：主要结果是如何测定、完成的； (7)结果(Results)：研究的主要发现（应给出确切的置信度和统计学显著性检验值）； (8)结论(Conclusions)：主要结论及其潜在的临床应用。,对于综述类论文,其结构式摘要,1) 目的(Objective)
10、, (2) 资料来源(Data Sources), (3) 资料选择(Study Selection), (4) 数据提炼(Data Extraction), (5) 资料综合(Data Synthesis), (6) 结论(Conclusions)。,为节省篇幅, 有些期刊在使用中对结构式摘要进行了适当简化, 如“New England Journal of Medicine”采用背景 (Background)、方法(Methods)、结果 (Results)、结论(Conclusions)等4个方面； “The Lancet”则采用背景(Background)、方 法(Methods)、发
11、现(Findings)和解释 (Interpretation) 等4个方面。,JAMA (The Journal of the American Medical Association)是采用结构式摘要全 部项目的为数不多的期刊之一, 其原始性论 文的摘要须包括9项(Context, Objective, Design, Setting, Patients, Interventions, Main Outcome Measures, Results, Conclusion), 但作者可根据需要将相关项目 合并。,科技论文英文摘要写作要点,1)英文摘要要取消不必要的句子，如“It is repo
12、rted”,“Extensive investigations show that”,“The author discusses”,“This paper concerned with”,”In this paper”等；,2)通用词可以简化； 3)取消或减少背景信息； 4)只表示新情况、新内容，过去的研究细节可以取消； 5)不说废话，如“本文涉及的研究工作是对过去某某方面研究的补充(改进、发展、验证)”，“本工作首次实现了”,“经检索尚未发现与本文类似的研究(文献，资料)”等词句切不可进入摘要；,6)作者谈及的未来计划不纳入摘要； 7)尽量简化一些措辞和重复的单元； 8)摘要的第一句要避免与
13、题目重复； 9)摘要中不出现“图”、“表”和“参考文献”等句子。,英文摘要的文体风格要求,1)完整、清楚、简明； 2)尽量用短句并避免句形单调； 3)用过去时态叙述作者的工作，用一般现在时态叙述作者的结论； 4)可用动词的情况下尽量避免用动名词； 5)冠词不要误用、滥用或随便省略；,6)避免用一长串形容词或名词来修饰名词，可将这些词分成几个前置短语，用连字符连接名词组，作为单位形容词(一个形容词)； 7)不用俚语外语表达概念，应用标准英语； 8)尽量用主动语态代替被动语态； 9)尽量用简短、词义清楚并为人熟知的词；,10)不使用文学描述手法，文词要朴实无华； 11)涉及他人的成果尽量列出他们的
14、名字； 12)词语拼写使用英美拼法均可，但每篇须保持一致； 13)对于大众所熟知的缩写语可直接使用，一般缩写语在首次出现时要写全称。,摘要写作的时态 摘要所采用的时态应因情况而定,力求表达自然、妥当。写作中可大致遵循以下原则。,介绍背景资料 如果句子的内容是不受时间影响的普遍事实, 应使用现在式；如果句子的内容是对某种研究趋势的概述, 则使用现在完成式。 如： The authors review risk and protective factors for drug abuse, assess a number of approaches for drug abuse prevention
