The foreign trade has developed with good foundation for several years an
10、d started to enter the new strategy development phase. But the present situation shows that the foreign trade mostly faces the problem that the talented persons quality needs improving. Through graduation teaching practice and reading some books, the writer of the paper has realized that the foreign
11、 trade needs a big reform, for the foreign trade workers can not meet the need of the foreign trade development. Their abilities about obtaining market information and communication are insufficient; the abilities for sales are not sufficient; and they know few the trade rules and laws.This paper is

They should build and strength relation with the international buyers, and increase the investing benefits. In fact, the middle-high class header cant know and research the transmarine market enough. Being Unable to Know the Trade Rules and Laws Since the reform and open policy, the Chinese products about counter-dumping case near 400 in the forei
24、gn country, such as, the Chinese color electrical industry, the Chinese agricultural product like garlic and so on. Then in these years, the Chinese tradition superiority product is encountered dumping in our country. Because the enterprise is lack of professional people who are good at internationa
25、l business, they deal with in passivity. At last, they were levied anti-dumping duty, they come under the large loss, lose the market. The Chinese enterprises litigate on dumping and anti-dumping. Complying with Laws and Disciplines The foreign trade people are familiar with the international trade principle, and understand some international economy finance, political law, cultures; they always obey th

The higher EQ refers to that one knows and manages ones own mood, encourages oneself properly, and cognizes other peoples
34、mood and has good relationship with others. The modern psychology research indicates that: An enterprise or a person success depends on the collectivity or individual EQ by 80%. They can cognize other peoples mood, put themselves in others shoes, and be considerate for other people. They will foreve

Language is used to achieve an end, and its successful use is seen in terms of a successful outcome to the business transacti
38、on or event. Users of Business English need to speak English primarily so that they can achieve more in their job. Business is competitive: competition exists between companies and also within companies, between employees striving to better their careers. It follows that performance objectives take
39、priority over educational objectives or languages for its own sake. For example, a German company in Seoul may have a long-term objective to establish good trading relations, and their representatives use of English to that end.
