In the modern economic condition, Chinese

5、 culture circles and business circles research on corporate culture more deeply. Among them, the famous researcher Wang Jipeng wrote in his works Enterprise Culture Philosophy System Construction Practice,“Enterprise culture is the core of enterprise, its the impetus, which pushes forward the enterp

6、rise development.” In the paper, the author holds that Chinese enterprises must attach attention to the construction of corporate culture in order to develop successfully. This paper expounds important functions of corporate culture for enterprises great development, and the profound of traditional

7、culture on the forming of corporate culture. The paper also demonstrates that corporate spirit is the essence of the management; and the corporate image is the appearance of enterprises both of which interact and integrate inside and outside to form an excellent corporation. The excellent corporate

In the market-oriented economy situation, enterprises take the leading function in social life. Enterprises development is interrelated with corporate culture. So, th

12、e research on corporate culture is very meaningful.The research on corporate culture has a history of nearly 30 years on abroad; while in our country it is less than 20 years, both of which get plentiful results. These researches obtain general consciousness that corporate culture has the decisive f

19、 values, moral, mental attitude, life customs and make of thinking, etc. I consider the corporate culture is like a cocoon, it needs other nutrients except the foundation, such as corporate spirit and corporate image. These two parts of corporate culture are the major points in this paper and have p

20、rofound significance.B. Introduction of the Conception With economic global tendency, China entered into WTO. For Chinese enterprise, it is a chance. Meanwhile, its also a challenge. To build corporate culture is a new practice at present in our country, which is the new branch of management science

At the beginning of 1980, with Japanese enterprises rising, people began to take notice of different cultures influence enterprise management, and then found out society culture mixed organization managementcorporate culture. From the end of 1980 to the beginning of 1990, our country carried on fu

22、rther reform and opening to outside world. In the process of reforming, we introduced foreign capital, overseas advanced technology and management methods. At the same time, as a management modal, corporate culture was introduced into our enterprises. A great deal of enterprises began to set corpora

23、te culture on the upsurge, set off fervors in China. The basis of the employees cohesion is the corporations bedrock aim. If the correct bedrock aim is chosen, it could unite the interests w

Otherwise, the forms of corporate cohesion will be just only a fantasy. In enterprises, the values can provide it with long-term signifi

28、cance and correct direction at the same time; they can provide foundation for enterprises competition in market in order to carry out the strategy and policy. To sum up, corporate culture has a strong power. Some natural resources of the substance may be exhausted, and only culture will be vigorous.

Although Chinese enterprises hope to advance corporate culture, they o

32、nly always introduce management mind and construction styles from western countries or Japan. These mind and styles are just their surface phenomenon. In fact, these enterprises cannot have an understanding of the meaning and essence about corporate culture. The reason is that they build corporate c

33、ulture take their own national traditional culture as the background in West Europe, America, Japan, and other countries. Naturally, entrepreneurs have different ways or ideas to lead their employees because of the difference of traditional culture. So, in China, we should exploit our traditional cu

34、lture as the guide to mould the corporate culture with Chinese characters. It will increase the capacity of competition. The history of China is about 5000 years. Traditional culture especially Confucianism is deep-rooted in peoples heart and has had significant function. This idea has been precipit

35、ated in our nation firmly. The traditional virtue, personality values and behavior cultivation encouraged us to bear the responsibility of human life and society. Departing from the traditional culture with several thousand years, we will not get the great achievement. In practical significance, cor

36、porate culture and Confucianism have almighty origin. Admittedly, the idea of Confucianism has its limit. In a group, there is strict level between people, and society has heavily grade. That is a barrier for opening out the power of corporate culture and bringing into play organization advantage. A

37、ctually, there is very great difference between America culture and Chinese culture. It is not comfortable if enterprises copy others simply. Even the Japanese culture is different with Chinese culture though both are eastern cultures. The emphasis is different. Japan pays more attention to “human”,

Using these culture factors and traditional ideas to create a culture atmosphere in enterprise management, which is full emotion and compatible.
