1、专业好文档基于片外信号源的SoC低成本测试解决方案*钟伟宏1,刘炎华2,孙玲2,3(1.南通富士通微电子股份有限公司,江苏 南通 226019;2.南通大学,江苏省专用集成电路设计重点实验室,江苏 南通 226019;3.计算机体系结构国家重点实验室,中国科学院计算技术研究所,北京 100190)摘要:测试已经成为SoC设计过程中必不可少的步骤。随着SoC芯片集成度和复杂度的不断提高,其测试变得越来越复杂,测试成本也越来越高。按照目前的发展趋势,测试成本将有可能超过芯片自身的设计和制造成本,如何降低过高的测试成本也逐渐成为研究的热点。卫星数字电视信道接收芯片作为机顶盒关键芯片之一,对低成本测试

2、的要求也越来越迫切。本文针对某卫星数字电视信道接收芯片,通过分析该芯片的内部模块功能,采用片外信号源方法设计该芯片的低成本测试方案,并在自动测试系统T6575上实现。实际生产结果表明,本方法能极大降低芯片测试成本。关键词:片上系统;片外信号源;低成本;自动测试系统中图分类号:TP302.8 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1681-1070(2012)11-0001-03Introduction of Low Cost SoC Testing Scheme Based on Off-chip Signal SourceZHONG Weihong 1, LIU Yanhua 2, SUN Ling2

With the continuously increasing in chip complexity and transistor density, the cost of chip testing is also increasing and even exceeds the cost of design and manufacturing. How to decrease the testing cost has become hot research area. Channel receiver ch

In this paper, a low cost testing scheme based on off-chip signal source is proposed by analysing the internal module, working principle and characteristics of the chip, whi

7、实验室开发课题(ICT-ARCH201001)随着国内集成电路设计水平和半导体制造技术的不断提高,片上系统(System on Chip,SoC)已经成为国内集成电路设计公司主流产品和重点研发方向13。一个典型的SoC系统通常集成了微处理器、嵌入式存储器、模拟IP核和数字IP核等多个功能模块。一些主流的消费类电子产品,如机顶盒、智能手机、导航、平板电脑等,其核心芯片均为SoC芯片。SoC芯片作为消费类电子的核心模块,其市场需求不断扩大。同时随着工艺和设计技术的不断发展,SoC芯片的更新换代速度也在不断提升。由于SoC本身功能的复杂性,使得SoC芯片功能的验证变得非常困难。更快的处理速度以及更低

13、m the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a v

14、ertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner,

15、 must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker

16、than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in

17、 mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidi

18、ty and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of

19、 commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip.

20、 He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will n

21、ot be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he ap

22、proaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-squa

23、re-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it

24、 wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
