In ordertolet curriculum reform go fewer detours or no detours, we only have to play the power of collective lesson preparation, pool the wisdom of groups of teachers in order to improve the effectiveness of classroom

3、 teaching and really enhance the quality of education and teaching, finally achieving the overall co-developmentof the individual and the school. Collective lesson planning is an effective teaching and research activity, based on individual careful preparation. It can collect the wisdom of everyone

4、to solve the general teaching problems to ensure the purpose of teaching work in a planned manner. In the implementation of the new courses today, it has become an important activity of schools scientific research. “Collective preparation” is, by definition, that teachers sit down together to prepar

5、e lessons, brainstorming, discussing the teaching and learning methods. Collective preparation can make one learn from another, and its value lies in the fact that it can maximize the teaching effectiveness. As the saying goes, “Three Stooges surpass Zhuge Liang”. The advantages of collective lesson

6、 planning:1. Collective lesson preparation can unify the teaching progress andgather the collective wisdom. After discussion, we can have a real understanding ofteaching materials, have a more accurate grasp of focuses and difficulties, and the teaching purpose is made more clear, feeling more relax

7、ed in teaching hours.2. It provides us with a more diversified approach for the explanation and breakthrough of learning focuses and difficulties. Everyone has a way, and added up,wehavea number of ways. We can also refer to other teachers on teaching methods to optimize our own teaching, so that ou

8、r teaching will become more lively and more useful for students to learn. 3. Collectiveactivitiesallow teachers to promote the mutual understanding between one another, in the atmosphere of exchange, cooperation, and research to improve themselves.4. Through collectivepreparation and public comments

9、 on a particular class, the teaching experience of excellent teachers can be promoted in schools, and the growth cycle of young teachers shortened. 5. Through collectivepreparation, we discuss different kinds of solution to specific problems, broaden our minds, and improve the overall teaching quali

10、ty of our school. In the past, many schools, including ours, were engaged in collective lesson planning. The time was oftenset on the afternoon of one of the work days. However, teachers usually have a lot of work on hand and the time to get together often can not be guaranteed. Even if the teachers

11、 took part in time to discuss, because of the inadequate time, they could not discuss in depth, or exchange effectively. Often, the result of the collective preparation has become a new burden. For completion of the lesson preparation, the teacher in charge had to do some copying and supplementary,

12、but in vain and with no quality and efficiency. It isa mere formality! Especially the excavation of teaching materials content and significance is not deep. There is often much parroting in the discussion, and it can not really solve the most direct and practical issues in teaching. As a result, we

13、will not be able to achieve the purpose of improving classroom teaching. A celebrity was right when he said: You have an apple, and I have an apple. After exchange, each one has an apple; you have a thought, and I have a thought. After the exchange of ideas, each person has two thoughts. The new cur

14、riculum reform urges us to place stress on the exchange between teachers, communication, cooperation and common growth. Collective preparation can lead toa collision of thinking and wisdom of us teachers and promote a fast development of the quality of individual teachers. As a teacher, in the face of reality, we should keep close watch on the current situation. For the full implementation of the new curriculum, we should realize the importance and necessity of collective lesson planning and we have no choice but to actively participate in it!
