3、naEffectiveda1.e:AUgUSt1,2OI4公路隧道通风设计细则(筒称细则)是公路隧道通风设计有关的重:要技术标准,主要用于各等级的新建和改扩建山岭公路隧道通风设计和运营,可供隆道运营管理企业、设计院、施工企业、工程监理等使用。2000年由交通部苜次发布实施公路隧道通风照明设汁规范B(JTJ026.1-1999),作为公路隧道通风设计有关的首部专业规范,对保障我国公路陂道运营安全、推进公路隧道通风科技进步和规范设计行为,均起到了重要作用。细则在充分总结中国相关科研成果和大量工程经验的基础上,吸收借鉴国际先进的公路隧道通风技术,进行改进与修订,20M年发布修订版细则o6细则以科学合

4、理、经济安全、利用高效为基本制订原则,重点对公路隧道通风设计的技术要求进行统和规范,主要内容包括通风计算参数、通风方式、计算方法、火灾防烟与排烟、风道、风机房与通风井、风机选里与布置等。本英文版的编译发布便是希望将中国的工程经验和技术成果与各国同行进行交流分享,为其他国家山岭公路隧道通风设计与通风防灾提供参考借鉴。细则3英文版的编译工作由中华人民共和国交通运输部委托招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司主持完成,并由中华人民共和国交通运输部公路局组织审定。本规范在编译过程中得到欧美多名专家的支持,特别感谢巴基斯坦专家ASimAmin,澳大利亚专家AmOkIDix、中国专家李颖臻,以及巴基斯坦专家Ab
