22、 Bs liabilities 乙方同意于租赁期间遵守下列条款及条件： Party B agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions during the lease period: 1、接受管理公司的统一管理，遵守该广场装修手册及管理公司 不时为该广场公共地方及设施之日常管理事宜及在确保租赁双 方之共同利益而不时制定及修改之物业管理守则。 1. In the event of any failure of such payment, Party A may exercise the following rights to Party B: （I） 乙方如逾期七个工作天没有缴付租金，甲方有权即时要 求乙方立即缴付租金，逾期支付租金甲方可按照每逾期一日按 欠款总目取滞纳金。 (I) Where Party B fails to pay

25、 the due rental beyond 7 working days, Party A retains the right to immediately ask Party B to pay the rental without delay, and for each overdue day, Party A shall collect a default penalty at 2% of the total arrears. （II） 乙方如拖欠租金、管理费、电费达七个工作天，甲方有 权即时通过管理公司向乙方发出书面通知要求乙方立即缴付欠 款及滞纳金（如有） ，如乙方收到该书面通知后两

27、Party B through the management pany, asking Party B to immediately pay off the arrears and the default penalty, if any. Where Party B fails to pay in full the arrears within two days after the receipt of the written notice, Party A has the right to ask the management pany to stop the supply of power

30、电器等系统）的维修，由管理公司指定该 广场或该物业专业人员负责维修，费用由乙方承担。乙方如须 重新装修该物业需获得甲方书面许可，方可由乙方委派装修工 程公司负责装修，重新装修费用 篇二：与 Danny补充协议(中英文) 补充协议 为更好地保障学校及外籍教师双方的权益，明确各自责任，以 利于教学工作的顺利开展和教师生活的安全有序，特增加约定 如下： 第 14 页 甲方： 乙方： 1、在学校为老师租住的住处，仅供教师本人居住，不得留宿他 人，以免发生意外。 2、外籍教师在校工作期间，应文明言行，不得与教师或学生发 生任何不当友谊或相互关系（如谈恋爱等） 。 3、学校仅负责支付住宿费用，不包含水电费

31、和上网流量费等其 他生活费用，此类费用应由居住老师自行负担。 鉴于 老师第一次来京，很多情况不熟悉，出于人文关怀，学校 首次为其支付电费 1200度 600元人民币的费用。若截至 11月 30日，实际消耗电数超出 1200度，则其余由 自行负担。若 20XX年之后， 老师继续执教，则学校每月可为其负担 200度 电的费用，超出部分自负。 水费由个人负担。 学校为其负担宽带网的开通和初装费用，但每月教师个人应按 比例负担约合 90元人民币的流量费。本次，老师按居住时间应 负担 3个月的费用 270元整。 4、学校对任课教师的有关规定同样适用于 老师，请务必严格 遵守，如工作职责、课堂规范、工作纪

The foreign teacher shouldnt all ow others to live in the apartment in order to avoid accidents. 2, during the work, the foreign teacher should have the civilized words and deeds and wont develop any i

34、mproper friendship or relationship (such as love, etc.) with students. 3, the foreign teacher will bear the cost of utilities (such as water bill) and Internet flow fee (90yuan per month). The school is only 第 16 页 responsible for the acmodation expenses, not including other living expenses. As the

35、foreign teacher first es to Beijing, he is not familiar with a lot of things. To show humanistic care, the school has paid the power bill (600 yuan for 1200 degrees). By November 30, if the actual consumption power number is more than 1200 degrees, the foreign teacher should pay the rest. If the for

36、eign teacher continues to teach in CuiWei middle school, the school will bear the cost of 200 degrees per month, but the excess part is borne by the foreign teacher. The school has installed the broadband network and the foreign teacher should burden Internet flow fee (about 90 yuan ) every month. S

37、o the foreign teacher will pay 270 yuan for the cost of 3 months. 4, the foreign teacher shall observe the schools work system and regulations concerning administration of subject teachers such as job duties, classroom norms, work discipline, school group activities.
