18、 cuboids and cubes relationship between characteristics of circular cone is slightly solid surface area and volume 1, size 2, table .和 3 一、工程概况 1.1龙城国际项目工程位于遵义市老城碧云路，东临工商银 行办公楼及瑞安花园，南侧为碧云山庄、西临粮油大厦、北临碧 云路主干道。 1.2 本工程地下4 层、A幢地上 3F+9F，高 42.3m；B幢地上 3F+19F,高 75.3m；C幢地上 3F+24F，高 87.3m；现有基坑周长约 297m ，基坑开挖深度
19、13.00m，基坑面积约5000m 2, 总建筑面积约 6 万 m 2。 1.3 本工程为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，基本靠红 线而建。 建筑物周边环境相当复杂，四周均有地下管廊及管线（其 基础埋深在 9 14m之间，而且管廊侧壁和顶部回填土质量较 差） ，管廊距基坑东侧、 北侧和南侧均较近，对基坑安全影响较大， 开挖过程存在不可预测的困难情况，因此深基坑支护有较大难度， 必须在保证基坑安全的前提下，综合考虑施工方案的经济及施工 安全。施工难度经多方案比较，综合权衡，选择了采用土钉墙和 护坡桩相结合的支护方案，并在土方开挖过程中根据实际情况， 随时调整方案，确保基坑安全。 二、编制依据 该施

26、111-1998 ） 建筑基坑支护技术规程（JGJ120-1999） 基坑土钉支护技术规程（CCECE96:97 ） 锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范（GB50086-2001） 建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范(GB50202-2002) 建筑施工安全检查标准（JGJ59-1999） 建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2001） 建筑机械使用安全技术规程（JGJ33-2001） 三、支护方案 该边坡主要采用桩板墙、预应力锚索、桩间板构造锚杆、喷射 砼面板支护组合的临时性支护体系。总体上不能先开挖后支护， 有放坡条件尽量采用放坡开挖，无放坡条件，需直立开挖，必需 本着边坡开挖、边支护原则

33、etween characteristics of circular cone is slightly solid surface area and volume 1, size 2, table .和 5 3、 桩间板喷射砼强度为C30，最小厚度为300mm ，挂网配筋 双层双向 6.5250，加强配筋 122000,面板加强钢筋必须植入桩身不小于350mm。 4、 桩施工，为避免基坑大面积垮塌，选择隔孔开挖，开挖时 必须作好护壁，在锚索位置预埋150mm预埋管件，方向与锚索一 致，倾角与锚索相同，桩身混凝土强度为C30； 5、 预应力锚索钻孔深度应超过实际孔内锚索长度0.51.0m ， 定
34、位偏差不大于100mm, 偏斜度不大于5% ，孔桩偏差不大于5mm ， 锚固段必须位于中风化泥岩地层，长度见各支护剖面，钻孔完成 后，采用高压空气清洗钻孔内石屑，随后安置锚索，定位装置每 2m设置一个，保证锚索居中，锚索注浆应将压浆管伸至孔底（距 孔底宜为100 mm ） 。灌浆材料应按实验室提供配合比进行施工。 本设计预应力锚索制作时自由段设四层防护，即船底漆、 刷黄油、 外套塑料管和M30水泥砂浆。待水泥砂浆和混凝土垫墩强度达到 85% 后，方可进行锚索张拉。预应锚索张拉前，应对张拉设备进行 标定，张拉应按规定程序进行，在编排张拉顺序时，应考虑相临 锚孔预应力锚索张拉影响。正式张拉前应取2

41、 area and volume 1, size 2, table .和 6 张拉 10% 后，恒载 10 分钟，待无变化锁定，张拉时监理工程师应 旁站，并及时签证。锁定后如在48 小时内发现预应力损失，应进 行预应力补偿张拉，最后采用钢筋网罩级C30 细石混凝土封闭锚 头。 6 、 C30 冠梁级桩砼施工按混凝土施工规范进行施工，桩通 长配置纵筋应锚入冠梁不小于30d; 7 、 桩间钢砼板厚度为300mm ，强度为C30应分段分层进行 施工，钢筋保护层厚度不得小于30mm, 钢筋上下搭接可靠，长 度不得小于300mm 。钢筋砼面板根据情况可用喷射混凝土，或现浇 混凝土，终凝24 小时后，应喷
42、水养护，养护时间根据气温确定， 一般不少于7 天，气温低于5时不得喷水养护。 8、桩间最大空间距为3.8m，最小为2.3m，桩间土由于结构 松散，设置构造空心注浆锚杆，采用150 空心花管，孔径 d=100mm，入射角度为15 度，水泥砂浆强度M30。长 6.0m，排 拒 2.5m。锚杆钻孔深度应超过设计深度0.2 0.5m，定位偏差不 大于 100mm ，偏斜度不大于5% ，孔径偏差不大于5mm,钻孔完成后， 采用高压空气清洗钻孔内石屑，随后安置空心锚杆，定位装置每 2m设置一个，保证锚杆居中，锚杆注浆应将压浆管伸至孔底（距 孔底宜为 100mm ） 。灌浆材料应按实验室提供配合比进行施工。
