She was the first women in France to receive a PhD in science, the first woman to lecture at the Sorb

She won one Nobel Prizes in physics and one in chemistry, and became the first person to receive this prestigious award twice.,She was the mother of Irene Curie, another winner of the Nobel prize in chemistry.,Marie Curie,Irene Joliot-Curie,Her nickname was “The iron lady”
