23、知识 + 经历 + 经验。人文素养中需要有一定知识和经验的积 累。比如说古希腊的发展是什么样子的，什么是西方的启蒙运动等。 在人与人的 接触中还要有人文的经历， 比如说基本的礼仪， 行为的规范。 一个教师如果有面 对公众的经历，他就知道面对大众时的着装，言谈，举止的做法和说法。面对家 长，专家，校长等等都需要有具体的经历和经验。 2. 第二方面：信念 + 理想 + 道德。要有很强的教育信念，发展的信念，关于 科学方面的信念。比如应该积极适应学生的大脑发展规律而不是让孩子们去适应 老师，还要有教育理想， 教师希望把学生培养成什么样的学生。两个不同的老师， 一个希望把学生培养成听说读写方面有长项的
