47、 管部门验收。在塔式起重机未拆卸至允许悬臂高度前，严禁拆卸附墙杆件。 e、塔式起重机必须按照现行国家标准塔式起重机安全规程GB5144及说明书规定， 安装起重力矩限制器、起重量限制器、幅度限制器、起升高度限制器、回转限制器等安全装 置。 f 、塔式起重机操作使用应符合下列规定： 1 塔式起重机作业前，应检查金属结构、连接螺栓及钢丝绳磨损情况；送电前，各控制 器手柄应在零位，空载运转，试验各机构及安全装置并确认正常。 2 塔式起重机作业时严禁超载、斜拉和起吊埋在地下等不明重量的物件； 3 吊运散装对象时，应制作专用吊笼或容器，并应保障在吊运过程中物料不会脱落。吊 笼或容器在使用前应按允许承载能力
