1、教学设计初稿及课件要求作业题目：您在“个人研修计划”已经选定了一节课，作为本次研修的教学实践内容。请您针对这一节课，完成教学设计方案初稿和教学课件初稿，将这一节课的初步成果作为培训成果资源包初稿提交。培训成果资源包初稿包括一份这堂课的“聚焦教学重难点的信息化教学设计”初稿和一份与之对应的教学课件初稿。作业要求：1.该教学设计初稿和课件应体现信息技术在学科教学中的应用；2.教学设计请参照模板要求填写；教学课件需保证能正常播放查看；3.所有作品必须原创，做真实的自己，如出现雷同，视为无效；4.教学设计和课件作为培训成果资源包，请以附件形式统一提交。（注：由于资源包上传需要一定时间，请确保其上传成功
