Anderson Stuart，于1879报道 由腘窝结构的异常导致的压迫症状和缺血症状 无或缺乏动脉硬化的危险因素 早期诊断非常重要,临床情况,文献报道（ PubMed） 年轻人中的发病率0.16-3.5% 超过 80%的患者年龄 30 ，运动员，军人 男女比例： 8:1， 25% 为双侧病变 北京协和的3年经验 (Jau/2006Dec/2008)* 72例，45岁以下急/慢性缺血中，9例被诊断为腘动脉陷迫综合症 占 12.5%; 评价年龄： 23.8
