1、菏泽市 2015年 初中学业水平考试说明 英语 菏泽市教学研究室编 二一五年三月 （内部交流翻印必究） 菏泽市 2015 年初中学业水平考试说明 英语 一、命题指导思想与命题原则 （一）命题指导思想 依据教育部义务教育英语课程标准（2011 年版） ，遵循国务院关于深化 考试招生制度改革的实施意见，积极探索命题改革， 体现新课程理念， 做到面向 全体学生，科学设计命题内容，增强基础性、综合性，着重考查学生独立思考和 运用所学知识分析问题、 解决问题的能力， 努力实现由知识立意向能力立意的转 变。 （二）命题原则 1. 命题要在着重考查语言基本知识和基本技能的同时，突出综合语言运用 能力的考查。
2、 命题将话题或主题设置于情景之中，以考查学生在特定的情景中运 用语言的能力；同时关注语篇意义的表达和学生用英语思维的能力。 2命题所选的语言素材要具有鲜明的时代性、教育性和思想性。要尽量使 用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材，贴近学生生活，符合学生的年龄特征、认 知水平和生活实际， 体现人文关怀； 创设的语言运用情景要尽可能接近或类似现 实生活中语言使用的实际情况，趋向真实性语言测试。 3命题内容载体的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。要 进一步整合和改革试题题型， 稳中求变， 题目设计更加灵活多样， 并具有一定的 开放性，给学生提供充分发挥的空间。 二、考试内容与目标要求 依据义务
3、教育英语课程标准（2011年版） 规定的五级目标要求，结合我 市初中教学的实际，确定本学科考试内容。考生应在英语语言知识、语言技能、 情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面达到相应水平。对语言知识（包括语音、 词汇、语法、功能意念和话题） 、语言运用的具体要求如下： （一）语言知识 1. 语音 （1）了解语音在语言学习中的意义。 （2）在日常生活会话中做到语音、语调基本正确、自然、流畅。 （3）根据重音和语调的变化，理解和表达不同的意图和态度。 （4）根据读音规则和音标拼读单词。 2. 词汇 （1）了解英语词汇包括单词、短语、习惯用语和固定搭配等形式。 （2）理解和领悟词语的基本音义以及在特定语境
4、中的词汇意义。 （3）运用词汇描述事物、行为和特征，说明概念等。 （4）结合我市初中英语教学实际，确定15001600 个单词和 200300 个 习惯用语或固定搭配作为考试命题的词汇范围（见附录，在本“说明”的最后）。 3. 语法 （1）理解“语法项目表” 中所列语法项目并能在特定语境中使用（见附录）。 （2）了解常用语言形式的基本结构常用表意功能。 （3）在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能。 （4）理解并运用恰当的语言形式描述人和物，描述具体事件和具体行为的 发生、发展过程，描述时间、地点及方位，比较人、物体及事物等。 附：语法项目表 （五级） 1名词 (1)可数名词及其单复数 (2
