22、省开支,特制定本办法。 第二条行政及财务部是后勤物资的归口管理部门,负责年度采 购预算,定点采购,登记发放,确保物廉价美,节省办公成本。 第三条本采购管理办法涉及的后勤物资包括:1、灯泡、卫生 间用品等低值易耗品。 2、文具、笔、图纸、打印纸、碳粉、墨盒等 日常办公用品。 3、灭火器、消防桶等消防用具器材。4、床、桌、 椅、柜等宿舍公物。 5、其它。 第二章计划采购 第四条管理员应于每年年底统计本年度后勤物资耗费情况,并 结合物价调整幅度, 制定下年度后勤物资采购预算,由行政及财务部 经理审核后,交院长核定。 第五条根据预算,结合库存,管理员应在每月30 号前编制下 月采购计划表 (见附件一)
