6、习时， 应该重点掌握由that ，if/whether引导的宾语从 句来表达自己的态度和看法；并且能够使用由how和 what 引导的感叹句； 学会与节日相关的 词语 ( 包括节日的名称、 与节日相关的专属用词) 以及各种描述性词语( 形容词及其习惯表达法) 等。Section B主要围绕西方的两个节日Halloween 和 Christmas来展开， 介绍西方国家 的节日文化，侧重节日的文化内涵，让学生更深层次地理解西方文化。教师要鼓励学生通过 课外阅读、 查阅相关书籍、 杂志或网络信息了解西方节日文化，一方面可以拓展学生的视野， 另一方面也可以节省课堂的时间，同时也便于学生理解听力和阅读中的内容，减轻因背景文 化积累不足所带来的学习压力。语言方面，学生要学习与这两个节日相关的专属文化词汇， 进一步强化本单元的重点句型结构。技能方面，通过“听说入手突出阅读创写语篇”的 过程培养学生的综合语言技能；在策略上侧重训练学生对阅读的深层理解，即除了了解语言 的表层含义外，还应该培养学生的推断能力，能读懂字里行间的深层含义。文化意识和情感 价值观方面，通过阅读语篇探讨圣诞节的含义，讲述吝啬鬼Scrooge 发生转变的故事教育学 生要懂得：关爱、同情及怜悯之心是人类社会的宝贵财富，应当继承和弘扬，要以爱心回报 社会。
