8、项目区所处地形呈东、西、 北三面环山，南面开口的箕形谷地，涉及千家峒纟刘家庄和大宅 腹二个行政村，其中区内主要工程量在西部刘家村，项目区范围 东、南、北三面靠河，南面抵公路。其整理区呈南北长约27公 里，东西宽2公里的近似三角形状，规划区面积20832公顷。该 项目新增耕地面积223公顷。挖填土方总量为291610 m3，其中 田间调配土方215130 m3 ，外运客土方量为18538 m3，表土剥离 回填土方量178189 m3；新修排水斗沟7条,总长42932米；新 修斗渠11条，长71202m；新修农渠19条，长74766m；新修排 水农沟16条，总长59492米；斗沟涵管共13处其中过
