48、入到基质沥青以后,吸收轻质组分而膨胀,使沥青质含量相对增加,沥青胶体结构进一步向溶凝胶型及凝胶型结构发育,胶粉颗粒的掺量越多,粒径越细,发育越成熟,沥青的高温性能就越好。但是,需要注意的是:胶粉沥青在发育过程中,溶胀后的胶粉颗粒的体积将达到沥青胶结料体积的30%40%,胶粉沥青中较大胶粉颗粒的存在会使目前针入度试验中常用的标准针产生较大的随机误差,而且在25试验环境下,胶粉颗粒的变形能力比沥青弱,试针若插入到胶粉颗粒体上,会使针入度值偏小;若试针插入到胶粉颗粒体外,测得的针入度值又偏大,从而造成胶粉改性沥青针入度测试试验结果离散性较大。现代路面材料课程论文-废轮胎胶粉改性沥青应用技术综述Rv闰
