Both parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.
2、I. Duration of Contract This contract shall be valid from Sep.1, 20XX to Dec.31, 20XX. II. Party As Obligations 1. Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government as well as Party As work system and regulations of foreign experts. 第 2 页
3、 2. Party A is a certified and registered to host foreign teachers. 3. In regards to Party Bs apartment Party A will ensure that: i. Party A supplies Party B the intern with a clean, free, furnished apartment during their teaching contract. 1. The apartment should include: a. A twin bed with clean b
4、edding and sheets and a pillow. b. A Television c. internet access without puter d. A wardrobe for storing clothing e. One couch or two chairs f. A small refrigerator g. A heater/air conditioning unit h. A washer i. A private bathroom with a western style sitting toilet. j. A shower with warm water
5、k. A purified drinking water dispenser l. A telephone that can be used to call USA (the intern 第 3 页 will pay for international and domestic long distance calls.) m. A small desk for studying. n. A small coffee table 4. Party A is responsible for providing the utilities for this apartment. Party B w
6、ill pay for utilities if the cost exceeds 300RMB over a 30 day period. 5. The apartment must be able to be locked by Party B when he/she is away. Party B should be provided his/her own personal key for unlocking the door. 6. In regards to meals, Party A shall ensure Party B will receive a monthly me
7、al stipend of 600RMB or free meals at the school cafeteria, if party A can only apply one or two free meals at the caf, then Party B will receive a stipend of 7RMB for each missed meal. 7. In regards to teaching, Party A will ensure the following guidelines: i. Party B should teach no more than 18 c
8、lasses each week, each class lasting no more than 45 minutes. ii. Party B will have 2 consecutive days off which include Sunday. Example: Party B must have Saturday and Sunday off or 第 4 页 Sunday and Monday off. 1. Party B must be allowed to travel on these days off. iii. Party B is not required to
9、sit in an office when he/she is not teaching a class. It is Party B s choice if they will engage in office time with other Chinese teachers. 8. In regards to other pertinent details of the program, the Party A will cooperate with Party B to ensure the following: i. Party A should assist Party B in u
10、nderstanding how to travel around the local city and how to catch a bus/train to other cities around China. ii. Party A understands that when Party B is not working, he/she is free to leave the school whenever he/she wishes to travel around the country as long as he/she returns for teaching. iii. If
11、 requested by Party B, Party A will assist the teaching in arranging Chinese lessons in exchange for English lessons with a Chinese teacher at the school. iv. If housing is unavailable at the school at the beginning of the semester, the Party A will be responsible for housing Party B during this int
12、erim 第 5 页 period. v. Party A will be entrusted to cultivate a relationship with the relevant personnel to provide a meaningful cultural experience for Party B. The cultural experience may primarily include but it not limited to: Chinese classes and local sightseeing opportunities, etc. III. Party B
13、s Obligations 1. Party B shall observe the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government and shall not interfere in Chinese internal affairs. Party B shall also respect Chinas religious policy and Chinese peoples moral standards and customs. Party B shall not conduct relig
14、ious activities inpatible with the status of an expert. 2. Party B shall observe Party As work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign teachers and shall accept Party As arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to his/her work. Without Party As consent, Party
15、B shall not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the work agreed on with Party A. 第 6 页 3. Party B shall plete the teaching tasks agreed on the schedule and guarantee the quality in the discipline of English language teaching. 4. Party B is responsible for the planning
16、, teaching and grading of the assigned classes in accordance with Party As requirements as well as checking students attendance and fulfilling administrative duties. 5. Party Bs course load will not exceed 18 classes (45 minutes per class) per week. Party B can enjoy the public holidays of China. IX
17、. This Contract takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will automatically expire with the said date. 19、向乙方提供免费的、干净及配备家具的住 房，住房设施包括：双人床、干净的被褥和枕头、电视、衣柜、 一个沙发或者两个椅子、冰箱、冷暖空调、洗衣机、独立卫生 间有座便器、淋浴设备、饮水机、电话（免费市话，长途和国 际长途费用自理） 、课桌和茶几。 3甲方支付水电气等费用，如果每月 30天费用超过 RMB300元， 超过的费用由乙方支付。 4.房间必须配备锁和钥匙，乙方需要有自己的钥匙。 5甲方需要向乙方支付一个月 RMB600元的生活补贴或者免费 在学校食堂就餐，若学校每天只供应一餐或两餐，其余部分则 按每餐 RMB7元补足。 6.在教学方面，乙方的工作量为每周不超过 18课时，每课时不 超过 45
20、分钟。乙方需要有包括星期天在内的连续两天休息，比 如周末两天或者周一和周日两天休息，乙方可以自行支配利用 第 8 页 这两天旅游。乙方不上课的时候可以自行选择是否坐班，甲方 不能强求其坐班。 7、关于此项目的细节，甲方需要协助乙方做到以下几点： 甲方向乙方介绍本地的交通，怎样乘坐交通工具到本市以及 其它城市。 乙方不工作的时候，可以自行出游，并按时返回教学。 如果乙方提出上中文课的要求，甲方需要帮助安排中国老师 为之上中文课，乙方也会给中教上英文课。 甲方为乙方提供可以充分体验中国文化的机会，包括但不限 于中文课以及本市的观光。 三乙方责任与义务 1遵守中国的法律、法规，不干预中国的内部事务。
21、 尊重中国的宗教政策，中国人民的道德规范和风俗习惯。 2遵守甲方的工作制度和有关外国专家的管理规定，接受甲方 的工作安排、业务指导、检查和评估。未经甲方同意，不得兼 任与聘方无关的其他劳务。 3遵守甲方的英语教学课程安排。所教课程包括英语口语，英 语写作，英语阅读或文学等。按期完成工作任务，保证工作质 量。 4 应根据甲方的要求负责所授班级的课程设计及教学，记录 学生的出勤情况、并对他们进行管理和考核。 5 工作量每周不超过 18课时，每课时 45分钟。享受中国法 第 9 页 定节假日。 四本合同自双方签字之日起生效，合同期满即自行失效。合 同期满后，乙方在华逗留期间的一切费用自理。 本合同于 年 月 日在 （地点）签订，一式两份，每份都用中 文和英文写成，两种文本同等作准。 甲方： 乙方： 日期： 日期：
