1、Recently a survey on how to learn English has been carried out in our school and the ideas vary greatly.More than half of the students think we should use helpful tooks such as dictionaries in which we can look up words.So do I . Eight percent of them have the idea that we should practise speaking E
2、nglish as often as possible. But many students disagree with it ,for we are not native speakers and it is not as convenient as Chinese is. Twenty percent students make regular study plans while only fifteen percent of them conclude learning methods which they believe help a lot .“ Rome was not built
3、 in one day” , as the old saying goes. Practise more and our hard work will pay off.（舒文华 二九班）An investigation which is about how to learn English well after class has been made recently by the English interest group.According to the chart, a large number of students had a preference for the study to
4、ols like dictionaries.Because they said the words and phrases that were looked up in a dictionary had a deep impression on them. Meanwhile , it enlarged their vocabulary.Nevertheless, some students were more willing to work out study plans, which made them aware of what to do. Fifteen percent fo the
5、m preferred to learn English by summarizing methods . In additon, Using English more often was accepted by a minor part of students.From my perspective , it is vital to listen to English songs and watch Engllish movies.Not only can we help us relax, but also improve our ability to learn English . We

7、ing for 15%. Adopting English after class takes up 8%. Meanwhile ,the rest of them are accustomed to putting dictionaries to good use.In my spare time, I abadon myself to reading English novels from which I benefit a great deal. Interested in English culture, I spend time skimming English magazines

In a word , the methods of learing English may differ considerably from each other, so the best way is to find what benefits us most .As for me, Id like to say that studying English is not temporay work and we should never give up.
