1、 精选公文范文管理资料 天津市乡村旅游发展战略探究近年来乡村旅游发展对推动农村经济的重要作用被社会各界广泛认可，成为继现代农业、城镇化、农村金融支持体系建设之后推动农村经济发展的又一重要手段。乡村旅游对农村经济发展的支持作用主要表现在通过吸引乡村旅游游客引起第三产业的增长，刺激农村商品零售额增长，进而扩大农村就业规模和特色第二产业发展，并通过经济增长效应推动地区基础设施建设带动现代农业发展。天津市作为我国直辖市，是京津唐区域经济增长带的中心城市之一，经济基础较为雄厚，天津市人均 GDP 已突破 9000 美元，人民生活水平极大提高，为旅游产业发展奠定了良好的发展基础，并且提供了潜在的客源市场和
2、发展空间。此外，天津市作为我国重要的交通枢纽，交通便利，腹地广阔；农林牧副渔等多种农业形式发展完备，具有丰富的乡村旅游资源，在乡村旅游发展上具有优势。本文通过导论确定主要的研究内容，并介绍研究目标、内容、方法以及国内外研究现状，进而界定乡村旅游概念，阐述乡村旅游内涵和功能定位，利用 SWOT 分析系统、深入地分析天津市乡村旅游发展所具有的优势、劣势、机遇和潜在的威胁，最终结合美国、日本以及我国成都、苏南乡村旅游发展经验提出天津市乡村旅游发展的战略选择和对策建议。全文共分 7 章：第一章：导论，主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意义，国内外研究现状、研究内容、思路以及研究方法。第二章：概念界定
3、和理论基础，介绍了乡村旅游内涵，梳理了旅游地生命周期理论、体验经济理论，为天津市乡村旅游发展奠定理论基础。第三章：天津市乡村旅游现状分析，主要从发展规模、发展潜力、发展速度等方面介绍了天津市乡村旅游发展现状，为天津市乡村旅游 SWOT 分析奠定基础。第四章：天津市乡村旅游的 SWOT 分析，对天津市乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析。第五章：国内外经验借鉴及启示。主要介绍了美国、日本及我国成都五朵金花、苏南乡村旅游发展经验，总结其发展对天津市乡村旅游的启示。第六章：战略选择及对策建议，根据天津市乡村旅游的 SWOT 分析，提出其发展的战略及对策性建议。第七章：结论关键词：天津市；乡村旅游
