1、 精选公文范文管理资料 云计算在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用探讨随着国民经济的快速发展，我国中小企业不断进步并快速扩张，为国民经济发展做出了较为重要的贡献。与此同时，中小企业不断成长与完善，人力资源管理对企业来说显得越来越重要，对企业的影响也越来越大。但是中小企业因受规模、人员和资金等方面因素的制约，导致企业人力资源管理信息化程度低、招聘合适人才困难、绩效考核和薪酬设计不合理等问题，从而影响中小企业长远发展。作为一种以网络技术为主的服务模式，云计算充分地发挥并体现了网络的媒介作用，真正地实现了按需计算、按需付费，它的发展为中小企业人力资源管理问题提供了有效的技术支持。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上
2、，通过对云计算技术的研究，结合云计算的资源共享、按需付费等特征，对云计算在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用进行研究。首先，主要介绍国内外研究现状、研究目的与意义，云计算和人力资源管理相关概念和理论综述；其次，对基于云计算的中小企业人力资源管理进行需求分析，主要包括现状分析、博弈分析等，在此基础上建立中小企业人力资源管理云框架；最后，云计算在中小企业人力资源管理的具体应用，包括基于云计算的中小企业人力资源管理合作联盟、人力资源共享服务模式、咨询服务和人力资源管理系统，以及中小企业使用云计算的发展建议。将云计算技术与人力资源管理相结合进行研究，这是一种全新的尝试，希望能够对中小企业人力资源管理的发展提
