1、Unit 4 Making the newsPeriod 5 语法课 (Discovering useful structure P29)Grammar: Inversion(倒装)能力目标:.能够结合教材中的例句和语法知识直接归纳出倒装的基本结构,并能够识别英语倒装句能够能够熟练进行正常语序与倒装语序间的转换能够在适当的语境中正确使用倒装句。学习目标: 学习和掌握倒装句的基本结构和用法,倒装句的种类。学习方法: 观察、发现、识记、归类、操练学习过程:自主学习:自学课本P89-90以及单元学案P4页的关于倒装的语法讲解,了解倒装的基本概念。合作探究1.分析下列例句结构,找出倒装规律。1) He

2、re is my suggestion.2) Not only should you know the meanings of the words, but also you learn them by heart.3) Only if you review your English notes everyday can you improve your English.观察这两个句子,找出语序的不同。自然语序(如:I love English.): 主语+_+_句子1)的语序:谓语+_句子2)和3)的语序:引起倒装的词、短语或句子+_+_+其他归纳总结:倒装 (Inversion)定义:在英

5、 happened to be nobody in the bedroom when the fire broke out.总结:there be 句型实际上是一个固定的_句型,可以用在这类句型中的动词除be外,还可用_等等作这类句型的谓语。即学即练:1)_(住着)an old man in the mountain.2)_(仍存在)some problems. 第二类 表地点、方向、时间的副词引起的倒装(1)Here comes the bus. (2) There goes the bell. (3) Now comes our turn. (4) Out went the childre

8、 house.(4) 现在分词+系动词+主语Standing in the front of classroom is your teacher. 总结:句子的主语部分较长, 谓语部分较短, 或为了_时, 常使用完全倒装将_置于句首,倒装结构为_即学即练二、部分倒装第一类 否定词或短语引起的倒装(1)Never have I been in this city.(2)Little/Seldom do I watch(3)At no time can you say “ no” to the order. 4)By no means(绝不,一点也不) will I give up(5)In no

10、t. 总结:only+ _开头会引起句子的_。第三类 并列句及复合句中的倒装(1)Not only am I interested in photography,but I took an amateur course at university to update my skills.(2)Not until the teacher came did he finish his homework.总结:not only 引起的句子使用_结构,而but also 引起的句子_。例句2)中主句使用_结构, 从句_,这一规律可总结为“倒主不倒从即复合句中,主句倒装,从句_倒装。第四类 so, ne

11、ther 或nor 引起的倒装1) Jack can not answer the question. Neither /Nor can I. 2) She is from China, so am I.总结:用于 so, nor, neither 开头的句子,表示_或_的意思。此句谓语应与前句谓语的时态形式_。 第五类 sothat 或such that引起的倒装(1)So difficult a problem is it that I cant work it out.(2)Such a noble person is he that people all respect him.总结:

12、在_的结构中,若_或_置于句首,则主句使用_结构, 从句使用_.第六类 as 或though引导让步状语时引起的倒装(1)Pretty as she is, she is not clever.(2)Try as he would, he might fail again. (3)Money as they had, they dont know how to spend it. 4)Child as he is , he knows a lot.总结:用于_引导的让步状语从句,可将_、_、_提于句首。其中,单数名词置于句首时,冠词a 或an 可以_,如例句(4).第七类 虚拟语气中的倒装1)
