4、d into Chinese 1 and Chinese 2 for students to complete in the freshman year.外國語文Foreign language12外語課程應依通識外語修課規定修習，共計十二學分。英語（一）及英語（二）為基礎課程，採能力分級上課，共計二學期四學分。除了英語（一）及英語（二）外，應修習主題式英語課程三學期六學分，畢業前需修畢三個不同英語課程，始取得畢業資格。大一英語能力後測TOEIC模擬測驗成績未達350分者，應修習應試加強班，修習應試加強班期間之期末TOEIC模擬測驗成績未達350分者，則該科成績將不及格，並應再次修習應試加強班
5、，直到取得TOEIC模擬測驗分數達350分(含)始得修習其他主題式英語課程。另開設英語檢定計一學期二學分，英語檢定之修課限制與注意事項，請參照英語檢定修課規定，並由通識教學部公佈後施行。外國學生改修華語須經國際語言文化中心審核通過始可改修華語（一）、華語（二）、華語（三）、華語（四）、華語（五）、華語（六）替代，華語(六)即為華語檢定，其修課限制與注事意項，請參照英語檢定修課規定。The undergraduate students must complete 12 required credits of foreign language courses as follows:l Englis

7、are required to obtain 6 credits through 3 different thematic courses for graduation.Regarding the TOEIC Mock Exam, if a freshman fails to score more than 350 points, he / she should take the “English Testing” course until scoring above the required 350 points. In addition, the “English Testing” cou
8、rse mark will appear as failed (“F”) for those students who fail to score above 350 points at the end of the course. 10、tive courses of English.歷 史History2兩學分，大一配班上課。上學期開設中國現代史課程，下學期則開設台灣史要略。任修一門課程即可畢業。This two-credit course is designed for the freshman year, and classes will be arranged for the students. The course “Contemporary History of China” is offered in the first semester and the course An Overview of History
11、 of Taiwan” is available in the second semester. Students need to complete either course to meet the graduation requirement.民主倫理與法治Democracy, Ethics and Law2大二課程，兩學分，配班上課。外國學生可改修中台地理課程，兩學分。This two-credit course is designed for the Sophomore year, and classes will be arranged for the students.“The G
12、eography of China and Taiwan” is recommended for foreign students to take.經典五十Fifty Canonized Books2兩學分，分A類經典（一本十點）、B類經典（一本五點）、C類經典（一本二點五點），請參照經典五十書目。大學部學生由大一開始至畢業前須累積至五十點，未達五十點者，可於大三選經典導讀課程（0學分），達五十點者，通過後獲得兩學分。外國學生可改修經典選讀課程，兩學分。This is a two-credit course. Students read classic books to obtain the
13、credits. Classic books are divided into three types: A (10 points/per book), B (5 points/per book) and C (2.5 points/per book). Students need to have 50 points in total before graduation to acquire the two credits. If students do not collect enough points, they may take a course named Introductory R
14、eading on Canonized Books. 22、全民國防教育軍事訓練課程-全民國防2為避免課程重複修習，屆時取得成績後無法折抵役期導致爭議，故律定全民國防教育軍事訓練選修課程不得重複選修相同之次課程名稱。自106學年度起軍訓課程由必修改為選修，軍訓課程(課號MT110、MT111、MT112、MT114、MT115)，該學分納入當學期修課學分數計算，但不納入畢業總學分計算。105級(含)以前之大學部轉學生，如尚未抵免軍訓課程，仍需選修全民國防教育軍事訓練選修課程以作為畢業門檻，但不納入畢業總學分計算。大一隨班體育課Physical Education (PE)01. 大學部一至三年級體育課程為必修。2. 另設立運動基礎能力檢測，將其列為畢業
23、門檻，包括25公尺游泳之游泳能力檢定及3000公尺跑走之心肺適能檢定。畢業前如仍無法通過檢測，但已修習該檢定課程四學期，且每學期成績均達50分，則視同通過檢測。3. 二、三年級可依個人興趣選修體育課程，不得延至四年級修習，且不得於同一學期同時修兩門或以上體育課程。4. 若在一、二、三年級所修習課程成績不及格者或特殊原因，無法依第3條規定選課者，需向體育室提出申請，並至體育室辦理手續。重修或補修選課原則，皆為上學期補上學期，下學期補下學期。5. 如有特殊原因，無法修習普通、興趣選項體育課程及接受運動基礎能力檢測者，得開立地區以上等級之醫院診斷證明書，或經相關單位轉介並由體育室教學組同意後，編入健
24、康體適能班上課。通過該課程考評視同完成該學期體育課程，且無需再接受運動基礎能力檢測。1. This course is required for freshmen, sophomore and junior students.2. Add on the graduation requirements: Swimming and Cardio. For swimming: students are required to successfully complete a short course (25m) in the first semester of freshmen year. Cardi
25、o: students are required to successfully complete 3,000m within time limit in either walking or jogging. However, if students participate in the training courses for more than four semesters and the average score of four semesters exceed 50 points, students may be considered as requirements fulfille

The students cannot choose more than one PE course each semester. 4. Application is required if the students need to postpone th
27、eir PE to the fourth year because of specific reasons or course flunk. If the course is flunked in the first semester and the makeup PE course should be selected in the first semester; if the course is flunked in the second semester and the makeup course should be selected in the second semester. Ap
28、plication should be sent to the Physical Education Office.5. For specific reasons, students who cannot participate in PE courses have to provide a certificate that is issued by a regional hospital to the Physical Education Office. These students will be assigned to a “Healthy and Fitness” course. St
29、udents who take “Healthy and Fitness” course and pass the test do not need to fulfill the requirements.大二、三興趣選項體育課Physical Education (PE)服務學習Service-Learning1必修一學分，大學部學生由大一開始至大三結束前，修滿18小時之服務學習課程與18小時之服務學習活動，得於大三下取得學分，課程與活動分各院系、通識教學部、教務處、學生事務處等單位開辦，課程與活動清單請參考個人PORTAL之服務學習系統。YZU Service-Learning takes
30、 up one credit learning for mandatory learning as undergraduates. Each student has to finish 18 hours of learning and 18 hours of activity before the second semester of their junior year. All Service-Learning curriculum and activities could refer to Service-Learning System of portal.備註：一、 共同科目中，除通識課
31、程、大二英語及英語檢定外，其餘則安排隨班開課，以利教學內容的統合。二、 應用外語系的通識外國語文課程須依應用外語系之共同必修科目表修習。三、 通識外語開設之主題式英語課程，其課程係依專長、興趣、語文能力等需求設計，分別為英語文學與閱讀、口語英文溝通、商業英語、媒體與新聞英文、實用科技英文、實用英文寫作、網路學英語、影片中學英語、學術英文寫作、環球英語及應試加強班等，各主題式課程為二學分課程。四、 自106學年度起軍訓課程由必修改為選修，軍訓課程(課號MT110、MT111、MT112、MT114、MT115)，該學分納入當學期修課學分數計算，但不納入畢業總學分計算。五、 105級(含)以前之大
32、學部轉學生，如尚未抵免軍訓課程，仍需選修全民國防教育軍事訓練選修課程以作為畢業門檻，但不納入畢業總學分計算。Remarks:1. In accordance and integration with teaching content, all undergraduate students are assigned to complete the common compulsory courses, except the general courses, sophomore English, English Testing.2. Students of the Department of For
33、eign Languages and Applied Linguistics are required to take the general foreign language course according to the regulation of studying common compulsory courses of their department.3. The English thematic courses are designed to meet the students needs for their specialties, learning interests and
34、English competence; each thematic course is a two-credit course.Please refer to ILCC English thematic courses list.4. The military education courses are no longer compulsory starting the 106 academic year. MT110, MT111, MT112, MT114 & MT115 are elective courses, which will not be accumulated to the
35、graduation requirements, but they can be counted as taken credits for each semester.5. For the transferred students in the year of 105 and earlier who have not completed the credits transfer of military education, they are required to take “All-Out Defense Education and Researching of Military” for passing the graduation threshold.
