4、ents are strict with her. She must study for three hours every night. She should also do some chores. I have some rules at home ,too. I must go home on time. I cant play computer games on school nights. Im not allowed to go to KTV and so on. I think they are strict but good for me. We know no rules,

Here are my suggestions. First, you should eat a balanced diet. Its very important in your life. Second ,dont eat
10、too much junk food, because they are all bad for your health. And you should eat more healthy food, such as fruits, vegetables , milk and so on. Then youd better sleep at least eight hours every night and drink a lot of water every day. In your free time, you should do more exercise. If you follow my advice, I believe you can become healthier and healthier.
