8、导学生有深度地独立思考和探究是进行合作学习的基础，更是学生建立自主学习、合作学习和探究学习方式的核心。2.处理好合作与竞争的关系是取得合作效果的关键。挑选适当难度的合作任务，采用多种符合学生心理需求的合作形式，使学生乐于合作，人人有能力参与合作，并使小组之间的竞争建立在组内合作的基础上。 3.引导与参与是开展合作学习的保障。在学生合作学习中，教师必须对每个小组的合作学习进行现场的观察和介入，为他们提供及时、有效的指导，让学生明白合作的技能与方法，及时提出表扬和及时的指导与点拨。 4.激励评价手段是促进有效合作的升华。让学生能充分体验到合作成功的喜悦，教师的评价手段要多样化、富有创造性。为语言操练创建逼真的生活舞台，也是一种新颖的评价方式，能最大程度地调动学生参与小组合作的积极性。总之，实际教学中，合作学习要与班级集体教学、个别化教学相结合，取长补短，才能确保课内教学的有效性。
