2、可靠性，空载时应无卡滞，阻碍等现象。First check agility and dependability of the brake unit，it must be not blocked when there is no load。2. 将试验工具与缆筒固定，油泵与油压顶连接好，同时刹车装置处于锁紧状态，给油泵缓慢加压并注意观察缆筒的变化情况，直至加压至试验压力，如缆筒仍不旋转视为刹车装置合格，然后松刹车螺栓，当缆筒刚要转动时，在刹车螺栓上做记号。The test tool and the winch gear must be connected by bolting , join th
