The next step is pre-reading. Pre-reading is a question used to practice oral speaking. While-reading is don

4、e with simple question, followed with listening. Then it is a reading process with exercises in detail. The important teaching points of this class is to help students form a good reading habit and to cultivate a right reading method. Thus, students can grapple the meaning of passage

24、s effectively. I use task teaching method to organize this lesion in order to help students understand the passage in a short time and help them read the passage in detail. This lesion also uses multi-media to give students a vivid image of New Zealands nature and culture. The use of multi-media can

25、 attract the attention of students. Successful points:1. Using pictures to lead in can attract students attention. This is a good beginning of the class. 2. Task teaching method helps students understand the passage more successfully. The process of this lesion can be divided into three partsleading

26、 in, reading and homework. The aim of this design is to help students develop a good reading habit and learn how to get useful information. 3. Exercise is suitable for the majority of students.4. Question-asking covers asking in particular and on whole.Disadvantages:1. Being short of fun. This is a

27、reading lesion, and it is a task teaching class, so this lesion is dull more or less.2. Slow pace. This lesion cannot be finished in 40 minutes, which is out of control. This reason for this is the pace is slower than designed. 3. Teaching orders are long, and students could not react immediately. This is what I sum up from this class, and I think I can do it better next time.
