2、效方法，也是进行人力资源开发的有效手段，是实现企业员工参与质量改进的有效途径，是依靠广大员工办好企业的一项重要措施，是提高企业竞争力的一个有效途径。本文以风机制造企业贤龙公司作为研究对象，通过对其质量管理现状和存在的问题进行分析研究，希望通过对贤龙公司质量管理系统的研究和分析，尝试扩大质量管理的范围，把质量管理的思想和方法移植到企业的日常管理工作中，研究质量持续改进的理论，对贤龙公司质量管理提出改进对策，从而形成统一的质量方针和目标，为企业进一步发展提供一些思路。 关键字：质量管理 质量意识 质量控制 Abstract Under the now social condition, the m
