1、家族企业论文 - 经典论文 （文章一）：家族企业论文 摘 要 改革开放以来，中国家族企业得到了迅猛的发展和不断壮大。在稳定经济增长、促进国际贸易、带动技术进步、减少失业等方面起着不可替代的积极作用，成为我国经济发展的增长点。但是，与国外家族企业发展百年仍生机勃勃相比，中国家族企业平均寿命不到5年，所以解决我国家族企业可持续发展的问题、突破自身发展的局限，打造百年企业，成为亟待解决的迫切问题。 本文通过参阅国内外关于家族企业管理的理论研究文献，以产权理论、委托代 理理论为指导，分别探讨了家族企业在初创期，成长期，成熟期三个时期存在的主要问题，从中分析出影响其可持续发展的主要原因。在吸收已有研究成
2、果，得出影响家族企业可持续发展因素的基础之上，进一步对构建中国家族企业可持续发展之路提出了对策建议。 关键词：家族企业；可持续发展；产权 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinese family business has also been rapid development and growing in a stable economic growth, promote international trade, promote technological progress, to reduce unemployment, the pos
