1、-范文最新推荐- 学校下半年教研室工作总结 学校下半年教研室工作总结 2018年下半年，我校教研工作仅仅围绕”情智发展课堂”开展。圆满完成综合实践两个课题结题工作；组织了语、数、英等学科参加空中课堂学习活动；协助物理等学科进行中考质量分析；组织青年教师进行课堂展示活动；组织教师参加”一课一名师活动”,并获得省级优质课。集体备课更加简明，突出实效性，这些活动的开展，为课堂教学的顺利进行提供了坚实的保障。 一、取得的成绩 1. 大庆精神铁人精神融入国民教育体系研究子课题在活动中弘扬大庆精神铁人精神研究课题顺利结题。 由胡*主持，班主任和思想品德教师：黄*、闫*、耿*、李*、王*、张*、陈*、张*、
2、李*、车*参加的课题研究获得结题证书。 2.数学、语文、物理等八个学科小课题顺利结题获得结题证书。 3. 在十二五教育教研工作中，我校教师李*、张*被评为大庆油田教育中心优秀课题实验教师称号、黄*获得教研先进个人称号。 4.有王*、刘*、黄*等多名教师在全国第八届学习科学研究成果评比和语文教育研究中获奖 5.张*获得教育培训中心教师基本功大赛一等奖。 二、开展的工作 1. 教师自学：由教研室印发教育理论内容改为教师在网上自学，抄写重要内容。不少于300字，每月两次，这种学习方式有利于教师根据实际需要完成自我教育。 2.初四教研活动常抓不懈： 3.积极参加大庆市教师进修学院组织的共享工程教研活动

4、教研组活动： 开学初，各教研组制定出教研活动计划，教研室制定本学期研讨议题发放到各教研组。教研组根据议题，按照统一时间和地点进行讨论，教研组长负责记录。 8.集体备课活动： 开学初，各备课组上报备课题目，教研室统一安排备课时间和地点，安排具体备课教师，主备教师撰写备课教案形成初案，集体备课时，有其他教师提更改意见，记录人负责记录。 9.青年教师展示课 张*、张*、耿*等教师在多功能教室师讲了展示课，对”情智发展课堂”课堂环节和形式进行了全方位解读。 三、 存在问题 1、网络教研方面存在问题 由于我校学科教师较少，进行”空中课堂”活动中，有教师缺席，造成学习和研讨氛围不浓。 2、课题研究方面存在
5、问题 个别课题支持人找借口，不进行课题总结工作，致使教研室工作量加大。在小课题工作中，部分高级教师，认为自己职称已经取得，参与情绪消极，影响了课题质量。 3、教研活动方面存在问题 教研组活动的内容不够科学，时间不能得到充分的保证，教师参与的积极性不高，导致教研活动的效果不够突出。 4、集体备课存在的问题： 集体备课过程中，一些教师存在依赖心理，导致部分学科的集体备课，只是少数教师的备课。一些教师只是忙于填写集体备课记录，缺少真实备课的活动，没有把集体备课落到实处。 Dear Colleagues：As a teacher in Department of Biology, Nankai Uni
