1、 关于高职林业技术专业学生职业素质培养的探索与实践【论文关键词】高职 林业技术 职业素质 培养  【论文摘要】文章结合职业素质的内涵论述了高职林业技术专业学生职业素质的涵义,阐述了职业意识、职业道德、职业能力三要素,提出了培养和提高高职林业技术专业学生职业素质的途径。    高职教育以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨,是一种针对职业岗位的专门教育,高技能人才培养是高等职业教育的主要培养目标。培养高素质林业职业技术人才,对于提高林业行业人才队伍整体素质,优化林业行业人才队伍结构,激发林业行业人才队伍活力,推动林业的理论创新、体制创新和科技创新,

2、打赢林业生态建设攻坚战,为我国走以生态建设为主的林业可持续发展道路,建设山川秀美的生态文明社会具有重大意义。因此,探索高职林业技术专业学生应该具备的职业素质以及培养其职业素质的有效途径,培养出高素质的林业高技能专门人才,以便能更好地为林业建设和生态建设服务。    1 职业素质的内涵    职业素质是劳动者胜任某一职业所必须具备的综合素质,主要包括职业意识、职业道德、职业能力等。从素质与培养目标指向性相关度而言,职业素质一般可分为专业性职业素质和非专业性职业素质两大类。专业性职业素质通常是指与从事本专业对应的工作岗位所特有的知识和技能等;而非专

3、业性职业素质一般是指除专业性的知识、技能之外的职业文化知识、职业通用能力、职业必备人格等。    2 高职林业技术专业学生应具备的职业素质    2.1 职业意识  职业意识是从业者对职业活动的认识、评价、情感和态度等心理成分的综合。作为林业高职生应具备以下职业意识。  2.1.1 敬业意识  爱岗敬业就是要求林业技术学生热爱自己的本职工作,用一种恭敬严肃的态度对待自己的工作,树立爱林、造林、护林的责任感和使命感。  2.1.2 奉献意识  奉献,是一种只有付出不求

4、任何回报、不计个人得失的一种精神和理念,是一种真诚自愿的付出行为。岗位敬业奉献,就是对于本职岗位,要具有高度的责任心和事业心,忠于职守。干林,爱林,在实现个人价值的同时,也创造社会价值,为林业建设和生态建设做出贡献。  2.1.3 艰苦创业意识  林业是生态建设的主体,是规模巨大的循环经济体,在生态文明建设中肩负着重要使命,同时,林业也是艰苦行业,对林业高职学生来说,要适应社会的需求,要成就一番事业,尤其要具备吃苦耐劳,艰苦创业的精神。  总之,林业技术专业学生必须具备“艰苦创业、无私奉献”的林业行业精神,此处,还需具备竞争意识、团队协作意识等。&nbs

5、p; 2.2 职业道德  职业道德是指从事一定职业的人在职业活动中应遵循的行为准则。林业从业人员的职业道德是在社会职业道德的基本原则和主要规范指导下的一个相对独立的规范系统,是进行我国林业建设、发展林业科技教育、处理人与大自然的关系等方面,都会表现出的对林业事业、对人类赖以生存的自然界的义务感、荣誉感和职业良心的总体规范纲领。  2.2.1 保护森林,热爱自然,维护生态环境  森林就是维护生态平衡的重要环节,森林能否得到保护,直接影响着国家的现代化建设、人民生活和子孙后代的利益。保护和利用好现有森林资源,大力植树造林,提高森林覆盖率,充分发挥森

6、林的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,为经济建设和人民生活服务,为子孙后代造福,是林业从业人员的道德职责。  2.2.2 秉公事林,艰苦奋斗,献身林业事业  林业从业人员以林为业,通过自己的职业活动来履行对社会和国家所承担的义务和责任。秉公办事,坚持原则,以林为公,不谋私利,把自己的一切与林业事业融为一体,是林业从业人员应遵循的重要道德规范。  2.2.3 尊重科学,规范管理,按客观规律办事  是否掌握林业科学文化知识,既代表一个林业工作者的素质,还涉及到个人、集体和国家的利益关系问题。林业劳动者应立足于林业的特殊性去寻找其客观规律,林业

7、劳动者从事的是一个多学科的、知识密集型的综合性行业,必须具备严谨、求实、刻苦的科学态度。  2.3 职业能力  职业能力是从业者在职业活动中表现出来的实践能力,由力包括专业能力、通用能力、创新能力三方面,是职业教育培养目标的重要组成部分。  2.3.1 专业能力  专业能力是指从事职业活动所需要的运用专业知识、技能的能力。林业技术学生的专业能力是指具有林业专业所必需的单项和综合的知识与技能,能分析解决林业生产实际问题。具体来说主要包括以下方面的能力:具有熟练识别常见森林植物和采集制作植物标本的能力;具有森林植物调查及森林土壤调查与速测

8、的能力;具有种苗生产经营的能力;具有森林营造和森林抚育经营的能力;具有森林保护的能力;具有森林资源设计调查的能力;具有运用林业政策与法规的等能力。  2.3.2 通用能力  指专业能力之外,对现代生产和劳动者个人未来发展始终起作用的能力。包括计算机应用能力、外语应用能力、团结协作能力、社会交往能力、写作能力、语言表达能力、分析问题解决问题能力、策划管理能力、组织实施能力等。  2.3.3 创新能力  是运用所学知识、技能在新的工作环境中树立新观念、开发新产品、创造新业绩、开创新局面的能力。是在学校获得的基本知识、基本能力、基本素质的迁

9、移和发展。刨新能力与专业能力、通用能力互相促进,协调发展。创新能力包括创新思维能力、创新设计能力、创新管理能力、创新工作能力等。  3 培养和提高高职林业技术专业学生职业素质的途径    3.1 加强高职林业技术专业学生人文素质熏陶,注重学生职业意识和职业道德的培养  3.1.1 加强新生入学的专业教育,培养学生职业意识  新生入学后,要多渠道,多形式做好学生的专业教育,让他们很好地了解林业行业的特点,明确要从事林业工作,需要具备的知识、能力和素质,培养学生的林业职业意识。比如:我们主要是以专业教师作讲座、聘请校友

10、作报告、实地参观等形式做好林业技术专业学生的专业教育工作,以培养学生职业意识。  3.1.2 积极开展第二课堂的校园文化1活动,拓展学生的职业素质  在用人单位的用人标准中,文化课学习成绩与表达能力、应变能力、岗位适应能力、学习能力、职业发展潜力相比,更着重后者。因此,我们通过大型校园文化活动来锻炼学生的上述能力,拓展学生的职业素质。例如:通过主题演讲、征文活动、读书汇报系列活动来牵引学生爱读书、读好书的学习兴趣,提高表达能力、写作能力,培养学习能力和读书习惯;通过举办主题讲座、专业技能大赛等活动的开展,提高学生人文素质和专业技能。  3.1.3&nbs

11、p;聘请企业领导到学校举办企业文化专题讲座,提高学生的企业文化素养  为了让学生了解林业企业对员工的要求,了解企业文化的内涵,增强学生的企业文化素养,使学生及时掌握企业需求与学生现有水平的差距。激发他们自觉参与综合素质养成的各项训练,我们邀请广西金桂林业公司等林业公司领导到学校作专题讲座,让学生和公司的领导们面对面交流,零距离接触,让学生了解到了企业的要求,从而激发了学生自我寻找差距、自觉制定个人学习目标的积极性。  3.2 搭建多种平台,注重学生职业意识和能力的提升  3.2.1 加强师资队伍的建设,为提高学生职业素质提供有力的保证 

12、; 高职林业院校教师应具备多种能力,体现在教学研究、实践动手、社会交往、开拓创新等方面。以教学为研究对象,科学地组织、设计、管理、选择教法,优化教学过程;以专业为研究对象,针对生产中存在的实际问题,开展研究活动,推动生产的发展。专业课教师的专业能力,尤其是实践动手能力,是培养学生职业素质的前提和保证。  3.2.2 强化实践教学环节,培养提高学生职业素质  在实践教学中,可以培养学生的专业性职业素质和非专业性职业素质。实践教学的形式是多样的,主要包括课程实验实习、专业综合实训、毕业顶岗实习。我系以项目为纽带,开展“项目教学”,积极为林业行业基层单位和企业解决技术难

13、题,有效地促进了产学研结合工作。例如,林业技术专业的老师以具有广西林业行业调查规划设计“乙级”资质的“林业调查规划设计室”为依托,结合教学实习,大力开展对外科技服务,承担广西各市、县森林资源调查规划设计等项目。2003年以来,完成森林资源调查规划设计任务113项,参加教师656多人次,参加学生1600多人次。“项目教学”既锻炼了师生的实践能力,又大力支持了地方的林业建设。同时,“项目教学”不仅使学生学到实用的专业技能,而且能使学生的耐心细致、吃苦耐劳等工作作风得到有效的培养。林业技术专业学生通过“顶岗实习”,实现了与用人单位零距离的接触,在实际的工作环境中职业素质得到显著的提高。 

14、3.2.3 积极开展社会实践活动,提高学生的实践能力  积极组织和鼓励学生参加社会实践。在实践中锻炼自己运用知识、分析问题与解决问题的能力。林业技术专业学生通过参加社会实践活动,思想素质有了明显的进步和提高。通过深入农村,使不少同学真正认识到我国广大农村的落后状况和改革开放给农村带来的巨大变化,认识到林业建设在生态建设中乃至整个社会经济的了展中的重要作用。同学们在向社会提供服务的同时,使自己所学的理论知识得以运用于实际,提高了自身的工作能力,培养了吃苦耐劳的精神。    4 探索合理的学生职业素质评价体系,促进学生职业素质培养  &n

15、bsp; 科学合理的评价机制具有指导作用、规范作用、激励作用,评价的结果应该得到学校的认可、学生的认可和社会的认可,评价的结果应该有利于学生素质的全面发展,有利于学生职业素质的显著提高,有利于社会用人单位对人才的选拔和使用 。我们在对林业局、林场、林业公司等用人单位的调查中,不同规模、不同性质的单位对技术人才的素质和能力要求其实是大同小异的,都要求从业者具有良好的职业素质,即不仅要有过硬的专业能力,还要有良好的人文素质。所以高职林业技术专业应当建立对学生德、智、体、美、劳并重的能力和素质的评价体系,评价体系中专业能力可以用林业行业特有工种职业技能鉴定的办法来认定,职业素质、通用能力和
