1、Unit 8教学设计一 教材依据新目标英语八年级上第八单元“How do you make a banana milk shake?”二 教学目标 语言目标ingredients；amount; recipe;putin; pour into;turn on /off; cut up ; mix up; peel; foldfirst; then; next; finally学会准确使用可数名词与不可数名词；学会在谈论食物制作过程中使用How much? How many?水平目标了解西方饮食习俗与文化;学会介绍某样食物的制作过程；使用所学语言，实现水平迁移，介绍其他事物的制作过程或使用程序；
2、跨学科学习美术：制作请柬；艺术：在圣诞晚会上准备表演一个拿手的节目电脑信息：教人如何上网；社会实践：为孤儿院的小朋友开西式自助餐圣诞晚会三语言结构：祈使句的使用；使用描述事物发生先后顺序的词语，如：first,next,then,finally；可数与不可数名词的计量。四语言功能：叙述某种食物或饮品的制作过程；询问和谈论所需配料及数量。五学习策略与思维技巧：学会合作学习，努力开拓课程资源。六重点词汇：milk shake, fruit/vegetable salad ,popcorn, turkey/chicken sandwiches ,Beijing duck，a cup of ,chop

17、nd dance at will ,enjoy the music “Youd better get the party started” 教学后记：这节综合活动课首先创设了一个情境，即为孤儿院送温暖，举办一台自助式圣诞晚会。使菜谱这一简单生硬的教学内容变得生动有趣而有意义。为此，一共设计了三个任务型活动准备”菜单”的材料;菜单的制作过程; 为孤儿院的小朋友们表演节目。三个活动都充分利用小组活动的优势，由小组成员分头收集资料，表达观点。通过学生们的合作学习，自主学习，实现多边互动，共同发展。体现了教师一贯遵循的教师主导，学生主体的教育理念。同时教师引导学生由食物的制作过程拓展到其他方面，如教人
18、如何上网、制作圣诞树、请柬之类。在有限的时间里自然而又成功地实现了知识向能力的迁移。由于所设情境贴近生活，有“吃”又有“玩”，学生们充分体会到了学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦，为他们的终生学习奠定了较好的基础。 由于内容多，上课的节奏很快，要求学生有很好的预习。附： 课堂实录：T: (With a big smile)Hello!
