23、sion reduction in the iron and steel industry will be further increased.3, the ability of independent innovation needs to be improvedSince Chinas accession to the WTO in 2001, the developed countries have made more than 85% of the eight high-tech patents in China, of which 95% of high-end technology

Affected by many factors, China currently only 25% companies have independent R & D capability, with independent innovation patent companies less than 10%, with the core technology of intellectual property rights of enterprises accounted for only 0.0003%,
