1、EEC英语四年级上册Can you play baseball?教学设计一、教学内容Whats that?Its a bat.What are they?Theyre gloves.Can you play baseball?二、教材分析本课教学内容是小学英语EEC教材第三册第六课.本节课是围绕着“棒球”(baseball)这个题材展开多种教学活动的一节课。本节课的重点句型是,“Can you play baseball? Yes, I can.” 。在以前的课程中我们学过这个句型的使用,但这个课,进一步地加深这个句型的使用和理解。通过对“Can you ”这个句型的伸展,进一步提升学生听、说

2、、读、交际等综合素质水平。学情分析本节课授课的对象是小学四年级的学生,经过一年的英语学习,他们已经能够理解教师的基本课堂用语,并能做出应答。由此,我在教学中从学生主体地位出发,为他们提供创造性实践使用语言的机会。我将本课句型“Can you play baseball? Yes, I can.No, I cant.”还原于学生的实际生活之中,以学生为中心,采用情景教学法,通过学生亲自体验、实践、参与、合作与交流,学会用英语表达自己想法,促动学生语言使用水平的发展,为学生今后的英语学习奠定良好的基础。三、 教学目标知识目标:)学习、掌握:“Whats that? Thats.” “What ar

3、e they? They are .” “Can you play baseball? Yes, I can.” )学习单词 bat、gloves、glove、baseball。水平目标:提升学生听、说、读、交际及知识自学的综合水平。情感目标:1、愿意参与课堂活动、在活动中愿意使用英语。 2、培养合作精神四、教学重点和难点:重点:学习使用“Whats that? Thats” “What are they? They are.”难点:“Can you ? Yes , I can./ No, I cant.”在实际生活中的应用.教学手段主要以现代化电教手段多媒体辅助教学,贯穿整个教学过程。增加了

4、直观性和趣味性,增大了课堂密度,提升了教学效果。三 教学流程(一)Greetings1、师生问候T: Class begins! Hello, everyone!Ss: Hello, Miss Su!T: How are you today?Ss: Im fine, thank you.T:Whats the weather like today?Ss: Its fine.Its cold.T: What day is it today?Ss: Its_. 简单的问候,能够协助学生适合英语语感,使学生很自然地进入英语学习状态。3、复习相关运动的词组,并适宜地将词汇复习扩展到常用句型的复习中来。

5、T: I have some pictures. Do you want to see?Ss: Yes.T: Lets read it together. (Then, review the words “ride bike violin piano read ” in the same way. ) T: What do you do after school ? S1: I play the piano. S2: I read an English book. What do you do after school? S3: I ride my bike. (Then, Ss ask an

6、d answer by each other. ) T: OK, class, please ask me . Ss: What do you do after school? T: I play table-tennis. 复习环节教师从词汇复习入手,并适宜地将词汇复习扩展到常用句型的复习中来,将二者有机地结合起来,真正做到了英语语言学习的词不离句的认知规律。学生的积极参与,体现了教师驾驭课堂的能力。 (二)新知呈现与操练T: Well learn Lesson 6. Whats the title lesson 6?S: Can you play baseball?T: Open your

7、 books to page 74. Look at your pictures. Answer my questions, please.(1) Who are they? (Robo, Jess and Ken.)(2) What ball does Ken play?(Ken plays baseball.)T: Now, look, whats that ? S: Bat. T: Good. (Blackboard writingBat.) Read after me, “bat”. ( Read it one by one.) Together, please spell it .

8、Ss: B-A-T, bat. T: What ball do you know?Ss:(basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis)T: Look at the screen. I ask and you answer.T: Whats that?S: Its aan _.(进行一问一答的练习。)T:Whats that?S: Its a glove.T: What are they?S: Theyre gloves.(通过媒体演示,进行单复的练习。)T:I have a bat, a baseball and two gloves. What game d

No, I cant.新知传授环节,教师给学生一个整体的感知的教学思路,让学生了解学习的全过程及学习的知识,使其能灵活地把握学习的主动权,从而充分体现了素质教育的宗旨。在操练部分,教师使用已学过的单词对所学新知识进行操练,以旧带新,以新温旧,一举两得。(三)听音跟读,自主表演。T: Now, open your book to P74 “Listen and Speak ” T:Lets act th

(让学生根据所学,使用真实教具进行对话练习。)这一环节在学生已经掌握对话内容的基础上,通过听录音对学生进行口语标准发音的训练,意在引导学生用标准的原音示范和自身发音相对比,从而使学生养成听录音、自我纠正发音的学习习惯.接着通过学生的表演,不但激发了学生自我展示的欲望同时锻炼了学生的口语表达能力和对课文的灵活运用。(四)趣味操练,巩固新知。T: Its time to play a game. When you point to the ball, youll answer some questions.通过游戏的形式,让学生加深对句型的理解和巩固。T: Todays homework:请在课后对你的家人及同学都会哪一种球做一下口头采访。T:Lets look at the screen. How to play baseball?(让学生通过媒体演示,了解棒球比赛的规则。)T:Todays homework. Write down new words on your exercise-books.T: Class is over. Good-bye, class.Ss: Good-bye, Mrs.Su.(五)板书设计:What are they?Theyre _.Can you play baseball?Yes, I can. No, I cant.
