Moral objects.发挥学生的想象水平,拓宽学生的视野;激发学生学习英语的兴趣,并进一步提升学生的英语听说水平;让学生知道自己的事情要自己动手去做,发展学生的创造水平。Teaching key points:Words: robot, everything, one day, housework, learn, our. Sentences: One day, robots will do everything. It can walk. It will be win

Teaching difficult points:学会用“will”谈论将来可能发生的事情;使用动词“can ”描述水平等。Teaching methods:直观法、演示法、情景教学法、视听法、游戏教学法、TPR活动等Learning methods:听读法、朗读法、表演法、小组合作交流等Teaching aids: Tape,word cards, ppt.Teaching steps:Step1: Warm up. 1) Greeting,sing a song from last lesson: London Bridge is falling down.

4、2) Say a chant: Run, run, I can run.3) Do the TPR Activity, review the verb phrases.Step 2: Lead-in.1) T: Im very tired. Are you tired?Ss: T: Sometimes we have to do many things. If someone can help us, that will be good. Who can help us? Can robot help us? (Show a picture of robot) Teach the word “

5、robot”. Today we are going to talk about the robots. One day,robots will do everything.(Write on the board).T: Robots will play basketball. They will pick fruits. What else will the robots do? Lets look our text.Step 3: Text teaching. 1) T: Our friend Daming has got a robot.Have the students look at

6、 the picture and listen to the tape, then answer four questions. E.g. What can Damings robot do? Will robots do the housework? Will robots help children learn? Will robots do homework for children? 2) Listen to the tape again. Read the text sentence by sentence.3) Translate the text, and explain som

7、e important sentences. E.g. “It can walk.” Have students make sentences use “It can” “ One day,robots will do everything.” Explain the phrase “ one day”. Teach two phrases “do the housework” and “help children learn”4) Listen to the tape at the third time, have students read after the tape.5) Have t

8、he students play roles in groups of the text. Step 4: Practice. 1) According to the text, to choose “True” or “False”. They have to tell you if they are true or false by calling out “True” or “False”. 2) Do the Activity 3. Explain to the students that you are going to point to the different pictures

9、 in Activity 3 and say sentences about them. (Do a lot of examples with the class.)
