After half an hour of waiting for their flight (fly) to arrive, I saw several young people enter (enter) the wai
2、ting area looking around curiously (curious). I stood for a minute watching (watch) them and then went (go) to greet them. The first person to arrive (arrive) was Tony Garcia from Colombia, closely followed (follow) by Julia Smith from Britain. Introduced them to each other, I was surprised to see T
3、ony approached(approach) Julia, touched her shoulder and kissed her on the cheek, but Julia stepped back appearing surprised (surprise) and put up her hands, as if in defence (defensive) Just then, in came AkiraNagata from Japan, smiling at the time when the Canada Gorge Cook reached his hand out to him. Ahmed Aziz, another international student, was from Jordan.They both apologized -another cultural mistake! These actions are not good or bad, but are simply ways in which/ that cultures have developed.
