1、校园普法活动总结 校园普法活动总结 校园普法活动总结 为了帮助和促进中学生树立良好的道德素质和正确的法制观念，我们内蒙古科技大学普法维权协会，积极与各方面联系、洽谈，最终促成以与法同行，关爱你我为主题的普法进校园活动的成功举办。这次活动以普及与青少年相关的法律常识为主要内容，以开展法律知识讲座为主要形式，希望能为学校和社会的法制教育有所帮助，对青少年的健康成长有所助益。现将此次活动的具体内容汇报如下： 活动过程 活动之一：法律知识讲座 5月22日上午，我协会六名成员在主讲人-人文与社会科学学院法学系杨玉英老师带领下，与本次活动的资助方代表一起来到事先已经联络好的，位于包头市石拐区的包十五中学，

2、受到该校师生的热烈欢迎。讲座10：00开始，活动中，包十五中的同学，认真聆听杨老师的讲座，自觉遵守现场的秩序。当天虽然骄阳似火，但大多数同学还是坚持到了最后，这一点很让我们感动，活动现场一直保持着十分热烈的气氛. 杨老师近一个半小时的讲座，主要集中在预防青少年犯罪、青少年自我保护和保险法等一些与青少年关系较为密切的法律知识方面。杨老师深入浅出的讲解，很贴近同学们的现实情况，因而师生反响很好。活动之二：法律知识问答 为了提高同学们听讲座的热情，活跃现场气氛，在讲座后半阶段，开展了法律知识问答活动。由包十五中的师生就自己关心的法律问题，向杨老师进行现场咨询，杨老师也一一进行了现场回答。法律知识问答

3、也将此次活动推向了一个小高潮。对于勇于提问的同学，我们也为其准备了一份小礼物，作为鼓励。活动之三：与师生进行交流 为了使此次活动有更加丰富的意义，在讲座进行的同时，我协会成员深入到包十五中的师生中，与他们进行交流、座谈。以便进一步拉近我们之间的关系，加深彼此的了解和信任。在我们及时了解到他们对本次活动的意见的同时，我们也通过面对面的交流和沟通，了解到了当代中学生的一些新情况、新特点。这对于我们个人积累更为丰富的社会经验，对于我们协会日后开展更加有针对性的活动，都有着十分重要的意义。活动自我评估 总体来说，我们这次以与法同行，关爱你我为主题的普法进校园活动，各个阶段的都十分成功，成功的原因我们

4、总结为以下几点： 1、准备较充分 凡事预则立，不预则废在这次活动中得到了充分体现，正是因为有了详实的考虑、周全的计划和充分的准备，这次活动才有了成功开展的前提。如我们提前几天与包头市石拐区教育局、包十五中取得了联系，在活动开始之前我们就有了详细的活动计划和周密的活动部署，并与中国人寿保险公司包头分公司达成资助协议，由他们提供此次活动的所需经费。2、密切配合 多方面的积极协助和努力，是活动得以完成的保证。如在活动中我们需要的车辆和经费问题，就是由中国人寿保险公司包头分公司提供的;还有人员、场地与就餐等问题，得到了包头市石拐区教育局的大力支持;内蒙古科技大学人文与社会科学学院的领导、老师耐心指导;

5、包十五中的师生同样给予了我们极大的配合。3、分工具体，安排合理 在活动没有开始之前，领队就已经将活动任务合理分配、所需物品准备齐全，同时也注意到宣传组织及工作时间的协调。事实证明，我协会的活动组织与执行能力是强有力的。4、活动全面深入 从初期活动内容的确定到联系相关部门，宣传组织同学进行分工，一直到校内外工作的全面开展及高质量的完成，后期总结等，我协会的工作都是卓有成效的。我协会对于此次活动的意义认识统一、步调一致、上下齐心，活动也同样深得人心。在成功的背后，我们也有不足。首先，由于时间关系，此次活动中的互动环节设计的稍显单一，趣味性较弱，没有更好的带动学生们的热情。再者，因与赞助商的协商出现

6、问题，没有打印相应的宣传单，加大宣传力度。最后，参与活动的协会成员没有能够把握好机会，更大范围的接触老师与学生，掌握的第一手材料范围稍显狭窄。但毕竟是第一次走入中学校园，面对广大中学师生，对有些问题估计不足、经验不够。相信在日后的活动中，我们可以做得更好 活动结果及意义 1、活动虽然已经结束，却意义深远，反响良好，充分体现了大学生参加社会公益活动，为普及法律知识尽一份微薄之力的心愿。2、这次活动紧扣主题，坚持贴近实际，提高社会实践的针对性、时效性、吸引力和感染力，充分调动了各方面的积极性，并且使我们大学生通过参加社会实践，了解社会，认清国情，增长才干，奉献社会，锻炼毅志，培养能力。3、这次活动

9、努力提高了广大教职工及全体学生的法律素质。从而，有力地推动了学校教育教学工作的全面发展。现就我校普法工作情况汇报如下： 一、加强领导、广泛宣传 学校把普法工作作为一项长期工作任务来抓，将法律知识的普及作为育人的一项重要内容，贯穿在学校工作的全过程中。根据上级主管部门的部署，学校于XX年成立了以校长任组长的五五普法工作领导小组，建立了以校长室为龙头，党、队组织为依托，教导处、科研室、后勤处、工会为中坚力量的法制宣传和教育机构。领导小组成员分工明确，各负其责。学校由一名副校长负责五五普法工作的具体落实，并聘请了彩北派出所所长为法制副校长。在普法领导小组的正确领导下，学校五五普法工作得到了扎实、有效

10、地开展。每年有计划、有总结，各项普法活动有效开展，有利地推动了依法治校的进程。学校以校园网络、宣传板、横幅、手抄报、校园广播、图片展、升旗仪式、模拟法庭、法律知识讲座及竞赛等多种途径和形式，形成了全方位法制宣传教育格局，营造出了浓厚的宣传氛围，有力地提高了全校师生对五五普法重要性的认识，也增强了普法学习的积极性和主动性。学校还组织师生走进社区，在积极带动社会普法宣传的同时，不断巩固师生的普法意识，增强普法教育的实效性。二、分层学习、明确重点 学校党支部首先要求领导干部在普法教育学习中要做好表率，领导干部能够做到延长学习时间、增加学习内容、深化学习感受、实践相关法律等。开展五五普法宣传教育后，学

11、校党支部还着力把法制宣传教育的内容落实到各部门的管理工作中，特别是对与教育教学相关的法律法规的学习，使领导干部们在吃透相关法律精神的基础上更好地依法治校、依法治教。在组织教职员工普法教育学习中，学校党支部特别强调对教师法制理论和专业法规的学习。一方面利用理论学习时间集中选学教师法、教育法、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法、义务教育法等相关的法律知识。另一方面鼓励教师以自学为主，做好法律学习笔记，学校定期检查、考核，将考核结果纳入师德考核、评先晋级中。通过每学期检查、验收，促进了每位教师学法的自觉性，每学年每位教师的法律学习笔记达3000字之多。通过学习强化了教师的法律观念，提高了教师依法执教

12、的自觉性，增强了教好书育好人、做好示范表率的信心和决心，彻底杜绝了体罚和变相体罚学生的现象，师生之间建立了相互信任的新型师生关系。在对学生进行普法教育学习时，学校立足于课堂，充分发挥课堂教学在学生思想道德教育中的主导作用，让法制宣传教育进课堂、进教材、进头脑，通过法制教育等课程以及其他各学科教育内容，将法制教育有机地融入到日常的教学中去，使学生法制观念和意识逐步提高。各班级还利用队会、班会课、晨会课时间，对学生进行法制教育，效果较好。为加强合作，形成法制教育合力，学校还邀请溪湖区法院等单位到校组织学生学习未成年人保护法与预防未成年人犯罪法等，通过集中学习、案例讲解、视频回放等各种形式，使学生进

13、一步了解了自己的权利和义务，为积极努力学习打下扎实的法律基矗对学生进行法制教育，是学校、社会、家庭三方共同的责任和义务，这对促进学生法律意识和行为将起到十分积极的作用。因此，学校针对不同法律常识及学校相关要求定期制定致家长一封信，并通过家访及家长会向广大家长进行相关法律知识的宣传教育，争取家庭的配合，监督教育学生知法、懂法、守法，用浓厚的法制宣传教育氛围来切实加强学生法制学习，用积极的思想指导自己的行为，做一个遵纪守法的好公民。三、拓宽渠道、丰富活动 我校根据国家颁布的有关法律法规、条例等，结合学校实际建立健全了收费制度、人事制度、财务制度、教学工作制度、民主评议制度、教职工职业道德考核细则等

14、各项规章制度，从而形成了学校规范、系统、完善的管理制度。这些制度的建立依据法律法规，遵循育人规律，从教育发展的内涵和外延上涵盖了学校的所有工作，使管理有法可依，有章可循。在发挥其监督检查作用的同时，也强化了师生的法制意识，真正使学校管理制度化、规范化。遵纪守法已成为全校师生的自觉行动，真正实现了依法治校。我校以国家课程计划为依据，严格按照课程计划开设课程，做到了开足、开齐课时，并严格遵守上级主管部门规定的作息时间以及各学段作业量要求。全面实施素质教育，加强学生思想道德建设，以守则、规范为主线，开展形式多样、丰富多彩的活动，利用国旗下讲话，主题班队会活动对学生进行思想教育。学校认真贯彻规范收费相

15、关规定，切实杜绝乱收费现象。凡涉及学生、家长的收费项目，我校都严格按照财政、物价及上级教育行主管部门核定的收费范围、收费标准执行，并在收费期间向学生、家长进行公示，维护了教育在人民群众中的形象。学校定期精心组织形式多样的普法实践活动，让普法教育深入人心。每学期，我校都要请区法院、检察院、彩北派出所等领导给师生以案讲法。生动、鲜活的法律案例分析，使师生们受益匪浅。各班级再以中队为单位，说感受、谈收获。师生们还走进法院亲身聆听庄严的庭审过程感受法律的威严。学校还组织了模拟法庭活动，通过演绎法官审判、律师辩论、检察员公诉等庭审场景，让学生在诉中知法，辩中明法，判中执法。可以说，模拟法庭的教育效果特别

16、显著，学生不仅表演逼真，更乐于参与，并在活动中得到了无可比拟的法制熏陶的效应。学校还组织学生把对法律认识、收集的图象、案例等转化为自己的语言，绘制手抄报、举办书法作品展。在世界环保日，禁毒日等纪念日，学校组织师生学习相关法律法规，并进行主题征文活动，协调相关部门来校进行禁毒知识图片展、科普图片展等。所有这些活动的开展，进一步拓宽了法律教育层面，给师生创设了多渠道的交流平台，使普法教育在我校蔚然成风。四、关心师生、保障权益 学校定期召开职代会，讨论、决策各种涉及教职工利益的问题。在先进性教育活动、教育内涵式发展活动、学习实践科学发展观中广泛征求教职工对学校领导班子成员的意见和建议，并督促班子成员

17、整改方案和措施的制定及执行。保证了教职工民主监督、民主管理权利的实现，切实维护教职工合法权益。学校经费的收支情况、职称评聘、工资晋升、奖惩情况、领导干部民主评议等事项，学校均结合实际建立了校务公开制度。保证了教职工的知情权、监督权，做到把学校工作的重点、难点、教职工关心的热点等问题，全部纳入校务公开的内容。我校的校务公开真正做到了公开政策、公开程序、公开过程、公开结果。学校重视家校联系，创设畅通学生与学校联系与沟通的渠道，重视调动学生参与学校管理的积极性。学校努力改善硬件建设情况，极大改善了学生的学习条件。坚持绿化、美化、净化校园，形成有利于学生成长的校园环境。为了给全校师生营造一个安全的学习

18、工作环境，学校本着预防为主，防治结合的原则，坚持对全校师生进行安全教育，并与相关部门紧密配合，加强校园及周边环境的治安综合治理工作。学校还积极开展传染病防治工作，做到有宣传、有家访、有措施、而使传染病得到了有效控制。在防控甲型h1n1工作中，我校始终坚持高度重视，积极应对，联防联控，科学处置的原则，积极采取各项应对措施，坚持晨检、午检、消毒、通风、零报告等制度，积极认真做好防控工作，确保了师生员工的身体健康和校园安全稳定。总之，近年来，我校以五五普法为契机，开展了丰富而有实效的法律教育活动，增强了全校教职工及学生、家长的法律意识，提高了学校依法治校、依法治教的水平，已在全校形成了一个学法、知
