3、el has no protection of temperature and humidity,seriously be affected by vibration,and has a potential risk for damage on WIP.,Key message: The W wheel will use twice elevator in handling process,and the height of 4 factories is different with each other,the safety is not good;In the process of loa

Handling model A model,Air piazza,elevator,Handling model B model,Key message: Use the improved W wheel which decrease vibration effectively and wear-resistant move the WIP between the factories.,Less vibration No protection of
5、temperature and humidity,Handling model C model,C model use truck carrier to move the WIP between the factories, use the rear board which power is hydraulic pressure in order to push or pull the carrier conveniently,and we will redesign the protected products lay out in carrier.,Low efficiency; Heav
6、y cost,Handling model D model,D model:First, lay the L rack on the special pallet, then we move the special pallet from A2 plant to A3/A6 plant with forklift.,Effectively protect WIP from demage of tempreture and humidity Avoid vibration.
