24、bComparison of AAS and ICP-AES on the analysis of Pb, Hg, Cd, CrBoth methods relied on combustion flames or electrothermalmethods to atomize and introduce the sample into the optical path and to free the analytes from other substances generally present in a solution. A sample solution was sprayed as

25、 an aerosol through a nebulizer into the flame. Unlike other spectrometry methods for solutions or solids, both AAS and ICP-AES deal with extremely sharp spectra lines. The accuracy of AAS was better than ICP-AES while analysis time was shorter by ICP-AES, especially for multiple elements.Song WeiMa

Herein the RSD was calculated by the software, so the R

31、to the whole program assay. The method of digestion is important to the result, especially for the element of mercury. Our work showed that the microwave digestion is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and the analysis method of ICP-AES is better for Pb, Cd and Cr,while for the element of mercury, AAS is more suitable.
